།དུས་གསུམ་དུ་བསགས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་མཐུས། །མ་འགྲོ་དྲུག་འཁོར་བ་དོང་ སྤྲུགས་ཤོག །ལྷ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོར༴ ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ། ནམ་ཚེ་འདིའི་སྣང་བ་འཕོས་མ་ཐག །ནུབ་བདེ་ཅན་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ལྷ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ། དེས་ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པ་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་དུ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་རིག་གཏད་རྒྱས་པ་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་པས། རྩ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་ལས། ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་མ་ཆག་པར་བྱས་ན་འཆི་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་གདོན་མི་ཟའོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ལགས་པས་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཡི་དམ་གྱི་ལྷར་འཛིན་ཅིང་འདིའི་སྒོམ་བཟླས་མ་ཆག་པར་བྱ་སྙམ་པས་རྗེས་ཟློས། གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར་སོགས་དམ་ཚིག་ཁས་བླང་། གཏང་རག་མཎྜལ་ཕྱིན་ཆད་སྤྱི་ལྟར་བྱ། སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་རྗེས་ཆོག་མཆོད་བསྟོད། ནོངས་བཤགས། མདུན་བསྐྱེད་བརྟན་བཞུགས། བདག་བསྐྱེད་བསྡུ་ལྡང་། བསྔོ་ཤིས་སོགས་མཐར་དབྱུང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནི་རིག་གཏད་རྗེས་གནང་གཞན་དང་སྒོ་བསྟུན་ཏེ་ཅུང་ཟད་རྒྱས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཚུལ་ཡིན། བསྡུ་ན་གྲུབ་ཆེན་རང་གི་ཕྱག་བཞེས་ལྟར། སྐྱབས་སེམས་ནས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱི་བར་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱི་ངག་ནས་བརྗོད་རིམ་བཞིན་སློབ་མས་རྗེས་ཟློས་དང་དམིགས་པ་སྤོད་སྒོམ་བྱས་པས་གྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་ལ། རྒྱས་བསྡུས་གང་ལྟར་ཡང་མཚམས་རྣམས་སུ་ཡིག་དྲུག་ཅི་རིགས་འུར་འདོན་ལྷན་ཅིག་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །འབྲེལ་བཅས་ལས་ཉོན་དྲི་བྲལ་ནས། །འཕགས་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཉམས་དགའ་བ། ། པདྨ་བཀོད་པར་བརྫུས་ཏེ་སྐྱེས། །རྒྱལ་ལས་ལུང་བསྟན་མཆོག་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་རང་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་པར་འདོད་པའི་ལྷག་བསམ་གྱིས་ཉེ་བར་དྲངས་ཏེ། ཀུན་མཁྱེན་བླ་མ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་གྱི་མགོན་པོ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ལུང་ཇི་ལྟར་གནང་བ་བཞིན། པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱིས་རྫོང་ཆེན་ལྔ་འདུས་སྒྲུབ་ཆེན་རྣམ་དགུའི་ཕོ་བྲང་གི་བྱེ་བྲག་གསུང་མཆོག་འཆི་མེད་པདྨའི་རྫོང་དུ་སྦྱར་བ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་རིག་གཏད་ཆོ་ག་མཆོག་དམན་སྙིང་གི་བདུད་རྩི། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།

Through the power of virtue accumulated in the three times, may the suffering of the six realms of beings in samsara be uprooted! I pray to the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara. As soon as the appearance of this life fades away, may I be born in the Sukhavati Pure Land, and quickly attain the state of enlightenment! I pray to the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara. Therefore, one has obtained the extensive transmission for practicing the six-syllable mantra in the form of prayer. The root Vajra speech says: "If one practices without interruption every day, one will be born in the Sukhavati Pure Land immediately after death, without any doubt." Therefore, one should regard the noble Avalokiteśvara as the Yidam deity, and vow to practice this meditation and recitation without interruption. Recite after "How does the main deity" etc., and commit to the vows. Offer the mandala etc., as usual. The teacher performs the subsequent rituals, offerings, praises, confession, front generation, stable dwelling, self-generation, dissolution, dedication, auspiciousness, etc., and finally concludes. This is a slightly detailed way of transmission that is in line with other transmissions. If one wants to be brief, then according to the practice of the great accomplished one himself, from refuge and bodhicitta to auspiciousness, the teacher recites the order, and the disciples recite along and practice visualization and meditation, then it is accomplished. Whether extensive or brief, one should chant the six-syllable mantra loudly together at each stage. May those who are connected (with this practice) be free from the defilements of karma and afflictions, be born miraculously in the joyful and sublime pure land, be born in a lotus flower, and receive the supreme prophecy from the Buddhas. Thus, guided by the sincere intention to benefit oneself and others, according to the oral instructions of the omniscient lama, the protector of the three realms, Padma Garwang Lodrö Thaye composed this at the Gsungchok Achime Padma Dzong, a special palace of the five great assembled Dzongs (castles), the nine great accomplished ones. May virtue and excellence increase! The essence nectar of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara's six-syllable mantra prayer practice and related transmission rituals, both supreme and ordinary.
