སེམས། །སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་རྣམས་དབང་ཡང་བསྐུར༔ མཛད་པ་ཕྲིན་ལས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཤོག༔ ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་སརྦ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔ འདིར་སེམས་དཔའ་གཉིས་རཏྣའི་གཏེར་ཁ་ལས་འབྱུང་བ་ལྟར་རོ། །བསྡུས་པ་ནི་དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་སྟེ་ཙཀ་ལི་གསུམ་དུ་བསྡུས་ལ། ཧཱུྃ༔ ངོ་མཚར༴ སྨོན་ལམ༴ ས་ལམ༴ གང་འདུལ༴ འཁོར་བ་འཇིག་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡི༔ འདས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དབང་ཡང་བསྐུར༔ མཛད་པ༴ ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ༴ ཧཱུྃ༔ ངོ་མཚར༴ སྨོན་ལམ༴ ས་ལམ༴ གང་འདུལ༴ ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི༔ ད་ལྟའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དབང་ཡང་བསྐུར༔ མཛད་པ༴ ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ༴ ཧཱུྃ༔ ངོ་མཚར༴ སྨོན་ལམ༴ ས་ལམ༴ གང་འདུལ༴ བྱམས་པ་སྣང་མཛད་ལ་སོགས་པའི༔ མ་འོངས་སངས་རྒྱས་དབང་ཡང་བསྐུར༔ མཛད་པ་༴ ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ༴ ཤིན་ཏུ་བསྡུས་པ་ནི་དབང་ཆོག་དཀྱུས་སུ་བཀོད་པ་ལྟར་རོ། །འདི་ཉིད་རཏྣའི་གཏེར་གཞུང་ལ་རིག་འཛིན་མི་འགྱུར་ རྡོ་རྗེས་བསྐལ་བཟང་དང་བསྟུན་ཏེ་ཆད་ལྷག་བསལ་བའི་མཚན་འབུམ་ཉིད་གཞིར་བཞག །མདོ་སྡེ་བསྐལ་པ་བཟང་པོ་ལའང་མཚན་སྡོམ། རྒྱས་བཤད། སེམས་བསྐྱེད་སྐབས་རྣམས་མི་མཐུན་པའི་ཚིག་ཟུར་ཁྱད་བཞུགས་པ་ཚོད་དཔོགས་དཀའ་བས། སྐལ་བཟང་རྒྱན་ཕྲེང་སོགས་ལའང་བསྟུན་ཏེ་རང་བློས་གང་དཔོགས་གཙང་དག་གི་ཁུལ་དུ་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་པའི་སྡེས་ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་གི་སྒྲུབ་གནས་སུ་བསྡེབས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་དབང་ཆེན་གང་ལའང་སྦྱར་ཆོག་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྟོང་དབང་བསྐུར་ཐབས་འབྲེལ་ཚད་དོན་ལྡན། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།

心。彼等诸佛亦复灌顶，事业功德圆满成就！嗡 佛 萨尔瓦 嘉那 阿比辛恰 阿（藏文：ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་སརྦ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔，梵文天城体：ॐ बुद्ध सर्व ज्ञान अभिषिञ्च आः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha sarva jñāna abhiṣiñca āḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，佛，一切，智慧，灌顶，阿）。此处如二菩萨从珍宝之藏中涌出。 略而言之，乃是三世诸佛之灌顶，归纳为三查卡里。 吽！稀有！祈愿！地道！所调伏。 坏劫等之，过去诸佛亦复灌顶，事业。嗡 佛。吽！稀有！祈愿！地道！所调伏。 释迦牟尼等之，现在诸佛亦复灌顶，事业。嗡 佛。吽！稀有！祈愿！地道！所调伏。 弥勒 贤护等之，未来诸佛亦复灌顶，事业。嗡 佛。 极略而言之，如灌顶仪轨中所述。 此乃珍宝伏藏法本，持明者不变金刚，顺应贤劫，删除了增减之处，以名号百千颂为基础。 贤劫经中也有名号总摄、广释。由于发心等处存在不一致的细微差别难以衡量，因此也参考了贤劫庄严等，尽己所能，由无边慧众在擦扎仁钦扎（地名）之修行处编纂，愿善妙增盛！ 千手观音大法，可用于任何灌顶之千佛灌顶法，具关联即具意义。 无边慧。
