In the cave of ..., I pray to Machig Yeshe Tsogyal. Om Mani Padme Hum. In the secluded place of the forest, the great bliss and glory, I pray to Tertön Sangye Lingpa. Om Mani Padme Hum. In the pure land where various beings are tamed, I pray to the lineage holders of sons and disciples. Om Mani Padme Hum. In the palace that protects the teachings and doctrines, I pray to the Dharma protectors, Dakinis, and Dharma protectors. Om Mani Padme Hum. May the precious Lamas of the direct and lineage grant blessings to us, the devoted children. May all obstacles and hindrances be pacified, and may we be granted supreme and common attainments. The practice of relative Bodhicitta is: All sentient beings, equal to the sky, are only engaged in the causes and results of suffering, and are helpless in the ocean of suffering in samsara. How pitiful! For the sake of liberating all of them from the suffering of samsara, I shall attain perfect Buddhahood. For that purpose, I will engage in the meditation and recitation of the Yidam. (Recite) three times. May the assembly supports depart to their natural abode. The accumulation of the gathering of wisdom is: Om Maha Shunya Ta Jñana Vajra Swabhava Atmako 'Ham. Meditate that all phenomena are empty and without self. The deity is meditated upon with the three stages of generation: From the state of emptiness, from the syllable Lam, above the four-sided Mount Meru made of jewels, from the syllable Pam, a stem of various lotuses. Above that, from the syllable Ah, above the full moon disc, one's own mind is the white syllable Hrih. From that, rays of light radiate in the ten directions, touching all sentient beings, purifying the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and all transform into the body of the deity. Then they gather back and dissolve into the syllable Hrih, melting into light and marked with the syllable Hrih in the center of the white lotus. From that, rays of light radiate, inviting all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, and they dissolve into the lotus together with the syllable Hrih, and then that itself melts into light. From that, I myself become the Bhagavan Avalokiteshvara, with one face and four arms, the first two hands joined in prayer at the heart. In the lower right hand, I hold a rosary of pearls. In the lower left hand, I hold a white lotus. The color of my body is white and radiant like the sun rising over a snow mountain. The eyes are slightly red.
