For the sake of medicine and well-being: Those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who are now in the ten directions of the world, have manifested the supreme and perfect enlightenment, turned the wheel of Dharma, shown the wheel of Dharma, held the Dharma nature, made the Dharma gift, lit the Dharma lamp, rained the Dharma rain, beat the Dharma drum, beat the great Dharma drum, blown the Dharma conch, raised the Dharma banner, satisfied all sentient beings with the gift of Dharma, and abide in the practice of tranquility, I prostrate to those Buddhas, the Bhagavat. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are the place of offering, the place of prostration, the place of painting, the wise, the eyes, the witnesses, the measurers, the possessors of wisdom, the possessors of sight, I prostrate to all of them with my head, speech, and mind. When wandering in the beginningless and endless cycle of existence, the obscurations of body, speech, and mind caused by being afflicted by desire, or afflicted by hatred, or afflicted by ignorance, and not regarding as Buddha, not regarding as Dharma, not regarding as Sangha, not regarding as good and non-good, drawing blood from the Tathagata with evil intention, abandoning the Dharma, creating division in the Sangha, killing Arhat Bhikshus, killing father and mother, the three of body, the four of speech, the three of mind, in total, the ten non-virtuous actions that were done, or caused to be done, or rejoiced in, and speaking harsh words to some sentient beings, slandering, deceiving with scales, deceiving with measurements, making parents unhappy while wandering in the six realms, stealing the property of individuals, stupas, Sangha, or the Sangha of Bhikshus in the ten directions, violating the Vinaya of the precepts as they were established, not listening to the instructions of the Khenpo and Acharya, or truly entering the Hearer Vehicle, or
