In the center of the surrounding fire circle, at the heart is the red seed syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih). Within its 'ha' shell, is the green essence of life, the seed syllable ནྲྀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: नृ, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal meaning: Nri). In the eye of ནྲྀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: नृ, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal meaning: Nri), is the white life-sustaining seed syllable ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), all three ablaze with light. Around it, starting from the front, is the mantra garland of "ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཤེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛ༔", facing outwards. Visualize it arranged in a counter-clockwise direction, and meditate until the mind is stable, mentally reciting ཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿ. Then, the emanation and absorption: Due to the recitation in the mouth, red rays of light emanate from the heart's seed syllable. Striking the mantra garland, it spins rapidly in a clockwise direction. From it, red rays of light emanate, pervading the sky. Emanating to the life-awareness holders of the nine lineages, and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, the peaceful and wrathful deities, Dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians. Especially to the Bhagavan Amitayus, residing in Sukhavati in the west, and his retinue, offer immeasurable clouds of offerings, and inspire their vows. The blessings of their body, speech, and mind, and all the attainments of immortal life and wisdom, are gathered in the form of rays of light of various colors, and dissolve into oneself. Again, rays of light emanate. The essence of the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, the outer world as the support. The blessings, power, and essence of all beings, gods, nagas, human rulers, etc., and those who have power over life, such as longevity, merit, wealth, sages, and awareness holders, are all gathered in the form of rays of light, and dissolve into oneself. Again, red rays of light emanate in the form of iron hooks. The eight classes of spirits, led by the Lord of Death, Yama, and the powerful gods and demons, who have stolen, plundered, and taken away one's life force, and all the life force that has naturally deteriorated, scattered, increased, or fled, are gathered back in the form of rays of light, and dissolve into oneself. Again, rays of light emanate. Purifying the karma, afflictions, and obscurations of all beings in the three realms and six classes. The outer world becomes a pure land of bliss. The inner beings become immortal life deities and their retinue. Sounds manifest as the self-sound of mantras. Discursive thoughts transform into the wheel of wisdom. The blessings of the Buddhas, and the essence of the permanent and impermanent, all the attainments of life and wisdom, gather spontaneously like flies gathering on rotten flesh, and dissolve into the three pure life-force syllables, causing their radiance, splendor, and glory to greatly increase.

深信能获得脱离生死、毁坏和破灭的不死金刚身。 ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）与双运，以及八字真言，两者都念诵五十万遍。在座间休息时，用梵藏文百字明咒补阙。用“耶达”来稳固力量，并如常供养朵玛。在摇动箭幡，吟唱勾召寿命时，忆念往昔世尊无量寿佛与持明传承者们，为了利益众生而成就了不死寿命的悉地，如今在这五浊恶世，作为追随者的瑜伽士我也同样修持并恳请诸位。因此，凭借您们慈悲与力量的伟大功德，祈请将我的命、寿、福德，以及衰损、耗减、向上消散、被夺走的福运，都收摄回原本的位置，使其恢复。并祈请将外五大的精华，内众生的寿命福德，以及秘密的诸佛菩萨的身语意加持，全部收摄并赐予我的身语意三门。以这样的言辞和虔诚的信心来祈请。祈请十方诸佛菩萨都显现为寿命自在怙主之相，右手摇动箭幡，不由自主地勾摄寿命精华，融入左手的宝瓶中，并从中降下巨大的甘露之流。从我的头顶融入，充满整个身体。特别是融入心间的命脉，从而获得不生不灭、不变异，与寿命自在怙主无二无别的金刚身。调整日月嘎乌盒，以五种智慧的自性，用五种手印封印，深信能成就永不毁坏、恒常稳固、大乐至上、永不改变的果位，并念诵咒语三遍或二十一遍。第三，后行次第是：最后观修有相的圆满次第，即从心间放射光芒。将外器世界和内情众生都观想为明亮的本尊，所有这一切都次第化为光融入自身。自身也融入父母本尊。其自身也化为光，变成金刚杵五股金刚杵，在外围，从五种智慧的自性光芒中，次第显现红色、白色、黄色、绿色、蓝色五种颜色的帐篷，在五层帐篷的后面，观想坚固的金刚帐篷，坚固稳定，即使劫末的风也无法穿透，并长时间安住于此。

Having faith in attaining the immortal vajra body, free from birth, death, destruction, and decay. Recite both the HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) combined with union and the eight-syllable mantra five hundred thousand times each. During breaks, complete with the hundred-syllable mantra of vowels and consonants. Stabilize the power with 'ye dhar' and offer torma as usual. When waving the arrow banner and chanting the invocation of life, remember that in the past, the Bhagavan Amitayus and all the vidyadhara lineages accomplished the siddhi of immortal life for the benefit of beings. Likewise, in this degenerate age, I, a follower yogi, also practice and urge you. Therefore, by the great power of your compassion and strength, please gather and restore my life, lifespan, merit, and the diminished, depleted, scattered, and stolen fortune to their original state. And please gather and bestow upon my body, speech, and mind the essence of the five outer elements, the life and fortune of inner beings, and all the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of the secret Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Urged by such words and sincere faith, may all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions arise in the form of the Lord of Life, and may their right hands wave the arrow banner, involuntarily summoning the essence of life and merging it into the vase in their left hands, from which a great stream of nectar descends. Entering from the crown of my head, it fills my entire body. Especially, it dissolves into the life-sustaining essence in my heart, thereby attaining the indestructible vajra body, free from birth, death, change, and transformation, inseparable from the Lord of Life. Adjust the solar and lunar gau boxes, and seal with the five mudras of the nature of the five wisdoms, believing that one will achieve the state of being eternally free from destruction, constantly stable, supremely blissful, and unchangeable. Recite the mantra three or twenty-one times. Third, the subsequent sequence is: Finally, meditate on the complete stage with signs, that is, light radiates from the heart. Visualize all outer realms and inner beings as clear deities, and all of them gradually dissolve into light and merge into oneself. Oneself also merges into the Father-Mother deity. That itself dissolves into light and becomes a five-pointed golden vajra. Outside, from the light of the nature of the five wisdoms, gradually appear five layers of red, white, yellow, green, and blue tents. Behind the five layers of tents, visualize a solid vajra tent, firm and stable, so that even the wind of the eon cannot penetrate it, and remain in it for a long time.
