赐予甘露饮食，愿得如意受用寿命之灌顶，念诵心咒。请饮长寿酒， ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 此乃不死奇妙秘密殊胜甘露，此乃咕噜之菩提心甘露，今日赐予具种姓之子畅饮，愿生起菩提心暖乐，获得寿命之灌顶，念诵心咒。如是获得不死寿命胜灌顶，愿其永不衰败，永不改变，于金刚身语意之 界，法性无迁变之虚空中，增长广大，如是信解。箭幡置于三处， ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 初为空明身之印，二为无断语之印，三为法性意之印，三身于法界中增长，于法界中隐藏寿命，故此不可观察，不可执持，于无缘界中作增长。如是及念诵所依心咒吉祥语等。自今日起，汝子即为我莲花颅鬘，如我所教诫，以具三敬信，恒常供养。如是教敕之誓言，纵为性命亦不可违越，如是思念，随此复诵。主尊如是等。供养曼扎，及后如共同仪轨般作结。若作会供，则享用会供，及遣除事业障之残食等，若不作，则作供赞，从忏悔至吉祥语之间，如前述般作，即可成办。大乐海生莲师与，无别恒常周遍之事业，令生死之轮，回遮于无生之界，愿一切众生，皆得寿命无尽而证菩提。如是莲花舞自在智无边之部，为于根本正文作衔接阐明之助伴，于宗学德谢杜巴（寺名）之 大殿中造作，愿增吉祥！ 以不死心髓明点之义灌顶作庄严，名曰大乐轮。智无涯。

Granting nectar as food, may you receive the empowerment of life with desired qualities and enjoyment. Recite the heart mantra. Please drink the longevity wine, HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). This is the immortal, wondrous, secret, supreme nectar. This is the very bodhicitta nectar of the Guru. Today, grant it to the son of the lineage to drink his fill. May the warmth of bodhicitta be generated, and may you receive the empowerment of life. Recite the heart mantra. Having thus received the supreme empowerment of immortal life, may it never diminish or change, but may it increase and expand in the sphere of the vajra body, speech, and mind, in the realm of dharmata, which is without change. May all beings attain enlightenment with limitless life.
