From the two empowerments of bestowing the accomplishment of longevity, first, for the sake of the first, visualize as follows: This glorious Torma, like the mighty Hayagriva, blazing like the sun, descends upon the crown of your head. Light rays pervade all inside and outside of your body. Visualize that all sins, obscurations, diseases, demonic influences, and obstacles are completely cleared away. Place the glorious Torma together with the deity's image on the crown of your head. Hūṃ Hrīḥ! (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) Glorious Torma, blazing with wisdom and splendor! With incense and music, at the end of any of the invocation practices, recite: Oṃ Vajra Āyuṣe Hyagrīva Tshe Bhrūṃ Nṛ Jaḥ Sarva Siddhi Phala Hūṃ Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧྱ་གྲཱི་བ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛཿསརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔), this is the root mantra. Oṃ Jñāna Āveśaya A Āḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨཱ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ) recite many times. In this way, have faith that the blessings of the wisdom beings that are bestowed are fully established in the three doors. Tiṣṭha Vajra. Place the vajra on the crown of the head. Then, in order to attract life, focus in this way: By having devotion to the Lama Protector Amitayus, from his heart, a host of swift messengers and rays of light spread above, below, and in all directions. The life force of you all that has been cut off, diminished, or increased, and all the splendor and essence of the environment and beings, and all the life accomplishments of samsara and nirvana, are gathered in the form of nectar rays of light, filling the sky. They gently dissolve from the pores of the skin. By dissolving into the indestructible bindu of the life force, have faith that you have attained the deathless life awareness holder. Wave the arrow banner and recite the life-attracting practice of the action ritual. Hold the vase. The stream of immortal wisdom water from the vase enters from the crown of the head. Filling the entire body. Have faith that you have received the empowerment and blessings of the body of the Protector Amitayus. Hūṃ Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔)! Blessed Lord, Protector Amitayus!
