加持並作開光，誰人將其佩於頸，壽命增長病魔盡除，二種成就皆能獲得。薩瑪雅，嘉嘉嘉。持明者不變金剛從紮瑪雅瑪隆取出。 ༈ 竅訣甘露丸： 向無死自在天頂禮！為增長壽命與財富故，若欲修持甘露丸竅訣，取未混雜鍾息土塵之，具調伏修持之上等者，石蜜、羊乳、阿瓦等，五種一組共五組調合，與蜜調合搓揉成丸，搓成二十顆豌豆大小之丸。於具相顱器中注入紅綢，加持為智慧甘露，觀想為天，置於乳色馬上，若能恆常依止，則能長壽堅固，諸事皆成，聚集守誓者，獲得成就。此乃甚深甘露丸竅訣。薩瑪雅，嘉嘉嘉。持明者不變金剛從紮瑪雅瑪隆取出。 ༈ 深奧「札」字訣： 向無死自在天敬禮！為消除一切違緣，特別是欲求長壽者，應依止此「札」字。於樺樹皮或漢紙上，書寫此字，以五寶及妙香，以及五藥妥善塗飾。於吉星日作開光，若能恆常依止，則壽命增長，一切違緣皆得消除。此乃深奧字訣。 ྀཨཚ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）如是上師所言，譯師我將其繪成圖案，為未來之故埋藏為伏藏，願與具緣具業之人相遇。薩瑪雅，嘉嘉嘉。伏藏印。封印。交付印。教令印。秘密印。斯瑪嘎湯。持明伏藏主洲從紮瑪雅瑪隆取出。 甚深法持明心滴之壽命修法精華總集之歷史。伏藏主洲。

In order to increase life and wealth, if you wish to practice the instructions on essence pills, take pure Congzhi soil that is not mixed with dust. On top of that, which has taming and training, add rock honey, ewe's milk, awa, and five sets of five substances. Mix with honey and make pills. Roll them into pills the size of twenty peas. Pour red silk into a qualified skull cup. Bless it as wisdom nectar. Visualize it as a deity and place it on a milk-colored horse. If you constantly rely on it, you will have a long life, become strong in old age, and accomplish all purposes. Gather oath-bound ones and obtain accomplishments. This is the profound instruction on essence pills. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. The Vidyadhara Changeless Vajra extracted it from Drakmar Yamalung. ༈ Profound Instructions on the "Za" Syllable: I pay homage to the Lord of Immortality! To eliminate all obstacles, and especially if you desire longevity, rely on this "Za" syllable. On birch bark or Chinese paper, write this letter. Then, with the five precious substances, fine fragrances, and the five medicines, decorate it well. Consecrate it on an auspicious star day. If you constantly rely on it, your life will increase and all obstacles will be eliminated.
