甚深法藏持明心髓之长寿修法精要总集之历史。掘藏师吉岭巴。 甚深法藏持明心髓之长寿修法精要总集之历史。掘藏师吉岭巴。 甚深法藏持明心髓中，长寿修法精要总集之历史在此。 顶礼无死自在天！我等海生金刚颅鬘力，从无量光佛心中涌现，于乳海中诞生为自然化身，成为邬金国王之子并治理国政，在玛拉提卡获得无死持明，于八大尸陀林中示现苦行，在金刚座行持教法之农事，以愿力来到藏地中心，圆满成就君主之意愿，为寺庙奠基并举行开光，将印度的佛法翻译成藏文，在藏地这片黑暗之地， 燃起佛法之明灯。彼时，君主赤松德赞为了能在藏地住留三千年，在布域藏地扎玛雅的红岩中，于自生秘密洞穴中修持无死，长寿天神显现，坛城光彩夺目，长寿之水沸腾，山谷充满药香。那时，从不变光辉的桑耶寺，国王前往此处接受灌顶，却因玛坚鲁恭鲁贝的阻挠，障碍丛生，缘起未能实现。之后，如白若杂纳海王祈请一般，无死长寿之 甚深修法，以及将长寿之水和丸药合二为一，如预言般埋藏于遍布藏地之处，为未来具缘者成就事业而发愿。特别是无死精要总集之，唯一修法赐予大译师。那时，译师白若杂纳向莲花生大士请示：现在应该弘扬吗？还是为了未来而埋藏为伏藏呢？莲花生大士说道：未来五浊恶世之时，我所讲的广大之法不会衰败，因此，将这言简意赅的教言，埋藏在形似卧虎的岩石上。我和大译师发下坚固的誓愿，未来将广大利益众生。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 如莲师所说记录成文，为了未来而埋藏为伏藏，与具缘者有缘。

I, like the Lotus-born Vajra Garland of Skulls, emanated from the heart of Buddha Amitabha, was born as a self-arisen emanation in the Ocean of Milk, became the son of the King of Oddiyana and ruled the kingdom, attained the deathless vidyadhara at Maratika, demonstrated ascetic practices in the eight great charnel grounds, cultivated the teachings at Vajrasana, came to the center of Tibet through the power of aspiration, completely fulfilled the wishes of the sovereign king, laid the foundation for the temple and consecrated it, translated Indian Dharma into Tibetan, and in the dark land of Tibet, kindled the lamp of the Buddha's teachings. At that time, the sovereign king Trisong Detsen himself, in order to reside in Tibet for three thousand years, in the red rock of Drakmar Yamalung in Purgyal Tibet, practiced immortality in the self-arisen secret cave. The longevity deity appeared, the mandala was radiant, the water of longevity boiled, and the valley was filled with the scent of medicine. At that time, from the glorious unchanging Samye, the king set out to receive empowerment here, but due to the obstruction of Marchen Lugong Ludpal, obstacles arose and the auspicious connection was not established. Then, as Vairotsana, the Sea King, prayed, the deathless long life profound practice, as well as combining the water of longevity and pills, were buried as treasures throughout Tibet as prophesied, and aspirations were made for future fortunate ones to accomplish their aims. In particular, the single practice of the Deathless Essence Collection was bestowed upon the great translator. At that time, the translator Vairotsana asked the master: Should it be propagated now, or should it be buried as a treasure for the future? The master said: In the degenerate age of the future, the vast teachings I have spoken will not decline, therefore, bury this concise and meaningful instruction on a rock resembling a reclining tiger. The strong aspiration of myself and the great translator will greatly benefit beings in the future. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! As the master said, it was written down and buried as a treasure for the future, connected to the karma of fortunate ones.

May I meet with those who have the connection! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Dha Thim! This was invoked by Rigzin Gyurme Dorje from Brakmar Yamalung. ༈ From the profound Dharma, the Heart Drop of the Vidyadharas: The Sadhana of the Union of All Essences of Immortality resides herein. Homage to the deity of deathless empowerment! Like me, the Vidyadhara Padmasambhava, for the sake of future generations, as many essential treasures as there are, from among those concealed, this supreme instruction, may it meet with the heart-son who has karma! Samaya! From the deathless instruction, the Union of All Essences, if you wish to practice the supremely secret general collection, in a secluded and delightful pure place, on a smooth and hard ground, make a mandala of one cubit. Then draw an eight-petaled mandala beautifully. In the center of that, a precious vase with auspicious marks, wash with fragrant water, fill with auspicious substances, and adorn it well with ornaments and necklaces. Also, a skull cup with auspicious marks, nectar, and torma, longevity pills, life-sustaining arrow and banner, and all outer and inner offering clouds should be arranged completely. Refuge: OM AH HUNG! Deathless deities, possessors of compassion, to all the deities of the complete mandala, until I have attained the vidyadhara of longevity, I and others respectfully take refuge. Generating Bodhicitta: HRIH! For the sake of myself and others attaining immortality, having accomplished the deities of longevity, through activities that subdue whatever needs to be subdued, I generate the mind to benefit beings. HRIH! From the state of non-conceptual clarity, in an instant, meditate on awareness as HUNG. From that, light radiates in all directions, transforming into a great vajra tent. Vajra Raksha HUNG PHAT! HRIH! In the center of that, a palace and celestial mansion, on a lotus and sun in the center of what is pleasing to the mind, from HRIH, oneself as Amitayus, red, in equipoise, holding a longevity vase, adorned with the ornaments of the Sambhogakaya, seated in vajra posture. On the eight petals of the lotus outside, the four mind-mothers and the four swift-mothers, and the four gatekeepers outside, appearing as clear as a rainbow, from the HRIH at the heart, light radiates, and the wisdom beings are invoked. Invocation: HRIH! From the vast expanse of great bliss and purity, Bhagavan, supreme deity, protector Amitayus, along with your retinue, without exception, by the power of compassion, come here and grant supreme and common siddhis.
