Within the mandala, the immortal lord of life, Amitayus, I pray, grant the accomplishment of life, bless and pacify obstacles and hindrances. Om Ah Hum. In the mandala of radiant, self-arisen play, the protector Amitayus, immortal. I pray, obstacles, Om Ah Hum. In the mandala of a thousand blooming lotus petals, Orgyen Padmasambhava, immortal. I pray, obstacles, Om Ah Hum. To the root and lineage lamas, yidam deities, heroes, dakinis, dharma protectors, and treasure lords, I pray, please pacify obstacles and hindrances. Vajra Ayur Jnana Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum. The blessing of the offering is: outer, inner, secret, etc., clouds of offerings, filling the stainless sky. Om Ah Hum. Flowers, incense, lamps, fragrance, delicious food, pleasant sounds, outer offerings are presented. Flesh, blood, balimta, amrita, skull drums, etc., inner offerings are presented. Non-dual union, bodhicitta, etc., the offering of great secrets is presented. Sarva Maha Puja Ho. The praise is: Hrih! From the essence of dharma, self-arisen and self-manifested, to the protector Amitayus, I prostrate and praise. The four heart mothers and the four great swift mothers, the four gatekeepers and their retinues, I praise. The recitation is: In my heart, on an eight-petaled moon, Hrih! Around the edge, a mantra garland, red and bright, rotates clockwise. From Hrih, rays of light shine like iron hooks, gathering all life, fortune, and wealth, dissolving into me, transforming into a vajra body. Meditate and recite, contemplating appearance without inherent existence. Om Ah Hum Vajra Jnana Ayushe Hum Bhrum Nri Jah Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum Ah. From the objects in front, light radiates and dissolves into me. Think that you have attained the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Then, in the non-conceptual, free from elaboration, essence of dharma, relax and let go, and the three kayas will be spontaneously accomplished. Vajra Mu. By practicing three hundred thousand times, you will attain the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. By practicing one hundred thousand times, you will accomplish vidyadhara. By practicing one thousand times, you will eliminate obstacles. Thus it is said. This is the most secret and concise practice of the life-accomplishment essence collection. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Treasure, seal, secret. Ri Atsha. Vidyadhara Gyurme Dorje extracted it from Drakmar Yamalung. From the profound Dharma, the Vidyadhara Heart Drop, the profound empowerment of the life-accomplishment practice resides. Immortal.

Homage to the deities! The culmination of longevity accomplishment is receiving empowerment: Homage to the deities of the mandala, and supplicate, saying: Ee! Lama, mandala deities, heed! For us fortunate sons and daughters, Grant the blessing empowerment of the deathless deity, the assembly of the Sugata family! Having supplicated thus, thinking of receiving empowerment, place the torma on the crown of the head, Hrih! Assembly of the deathless deities, the Sugata family! From the expanse, think with love of the fortunate sons and daughters! Grant the empowerment of deathless blessing and longevity! May we possess the unwavering three vajras! Guru Ayushe Abhisinca Om! Place the skull-cup at the throat and taste the nectar on the tongue, Ah! Deathless nectar, Pancamrita! A medicine compounded from eight roots and a thousand leaves, This supreme substance that grants life when drunk, By tasting it, may we obtain the empowerment of Ayu, longevity! Guru Ayushe Abhisinca Ah! Taste the longevity pill, Hrih! Substance of deathless means, possessing the essence of vajra, Radiating inexhaustible five-colored light, This supreme substance that accomplishes the vajra body by touching and tasting, By tasting it, may we obtain the empowerment of deathless longevity! Guru Ayushe Abhisinca Hum! Touch the arrow and banner to the body, Hrih! Possessing the deathless life-force and the five wisdoms, This powerful blessing of the Sugata victors, By touching it, may all inauspiciousness be pacified, And may we obtain all supreme and common siddhis! For those who wish to arrange the longevity mandala, On grass paper, red silk, or Chinese paper, With five precious substances and cinnabar, Draw the image of the longevity deity on the belly, Encircle it with three layers of circles, Within that, draw eight lotus petals, With one circle in the center, In the center, write this secret mantra: Om Ah Hum, Vajra Jnana Ayushe Hum Bhrum Nri Jyah Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum Ah, At the end, add the name and attach a shambu. On the circles, write the root mantra, As much as possible, write it clockwise. On the eight petals, write Ayushe, It should be written with a shambu.
