On top of or behind the vase, in an iron or skull container, place a black torma in the shape of a bird, the principal and retinue of five, adorned with silk and a blue parasol. In front, arrange offering tormas, and to the right and left, medicine and blood. Arrange fierce offerings and strings of offerings. Behind, place a full, qualified bandha filled with a mixture of chang and dharma medicine, covered with a mirror and red silk. Also, prepare the principal deity's body-cakra and mirror, vajra and bell, curved knife and bandha, sword and axe, wheel sattva-re, oxhide field, boxwood stick, tiger skin skirt, snake rope, etc., and a collection of cakras, placing them conveniently. Gather the necessary implements such as the action vase and samaya water. According to the Chakme text, if entrusting tasks to the dead, prepare their torma, body, and implements, placing them conveniently in front or behind. In the main part, according to the arrangement of recitation composed by Chakme Rinpoche, generate oneself, the deities in front, and the vase deity, and recite. After going up to the point of receiving empowerment, perform the offering of the torma to the dead. If doing this entrustment, one must also complete the recitation as much as possible. The supplication to answer this question, follow and repeat. The samaya of the three secrets is, I have truly received it, I will not transgress the command, I am happy to practice according to the Dharma. In order to purify the continuum completely, in front of the Guru and the deities of the mandala, and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas pervading the sky, with the thought of performing the accumulation and purification in accordance with the Dharma, follow and repeat this eight-limbed confession.
