观想将其收摄成明点之相，融入前方之寿物和心间的讷（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥）中。摇动箭幡，以“吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽），自性处所化现之神”等赞颂祈请。将寿食中生起的智慧尊迎请返回本位。观想誓言尊融入光中，由此生起的不死智慧甘露之自性，仅以此对您进行灌顶，您便获得了与日月同寿的权能。将寿食置于头顶。吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽），从吉祥长寿等开始，按照金刚、箭幡、宝瓶、颅碗酒的灌顶仪轨依次进行灌顶。最后是祈求寿命成就： 仅仅念诵咒语，所有寿命本尊都会降下甘露之雨，使各自的身体充满，精华增长，获得无生无死的寿命持明，请相信并一起念诵这些。念诵几次修持的咒语。祈祷文如下：吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽），于怖畏寿命主之坛城中，世尊寿命主文殊菩萨，聚集之兄弟姐妹们，以虔诚恭敬之心祈祷，祈请赐予寿命之成就。以此类推，四句诗的首尾相同，只是将第二句的世尊寿命主等替换为：圣救度佛母，圣救度摩摩格佛母，圣救度白衣佛母，圣救度誓言救度佛母，佛母增益母，佛母坚固母，佛母增长母，佛母甘露莲叶母。这样将八位眷属一一对应，最后享用寿食和颅碗酒作为成就之物，并说吉祥语。通过这些，以红色文殊寿命主之门赐予寿命成就的灌顶就完成了，以此类推，进行总结，并如常进行誓言承诺和感谢等。之后，对前方的生起次第进行广大的供养和赞颂。通过忏悔和百字明咒来弥补缺失。如果智慧尊有所依，则安住，如果没有，则返回。观想誓言尊融入自己的心间讷（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥）中，受到加持，获得了如不变化的雍仲般的寿命，并在无缘中解脱。

Wave the arrow banner, praising and urging with "Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽), deity emanated from the natural state," etc. The wisdom deity generated within the longevity food departs to its own place. Vow deity dissolves into light, and by the nature of the nectar of immortal wisdom arising from that, just by bestowing empowerment upon you, may you believe that you have obtained the power of life equal to the sun and moon. Place the longevity food on the head. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽), from auspicious life increase, etc., empower in sequence according to the empowerment texts of vajra, arrow banner, vase, and skull cup of alcohol. Finally, requesting the accomplishment of longevity: Just by reciting the mantra, all the longevity deities pour down a rain of nectar, filling all of one's body, the essence of purity greatly increases, and may you believe that you have obtained the life-awareness holder without birth or death, and please recite these together. Recite the mantras of approach and accomplishment several times. The prayer is as follows: Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽), in the mandala of the fierce lord of life, the Bhagavan lord of life Manjushri, the assembled brothers and sisters, with faith and reverence, pray, please bestow the accomplishment of life. By iterating that, the first and last four lines of the verse are the same, but the second, Bhagavan lord of life, etc., is transformed to: Goddess Great Mother Buddha Eyes, Goddess Great Mother Māmaki, Goddess Great Mother White-Clothed, Goddess Great Mother Samaya Tara, Mother Goddess Increasing Mother, Mother Goddess Stabilizing Mother, Mother Goddess Expanding Mother, Mother Goddess Nectar Lotus Leaf. Thus, each of the eight retinues is applied in iteration, and at the end, the longevity food and skull cup of alcohol are enjoyed as substances of accomplishment, and auspicious words are also spoken. Through these, the empowerment of bestowing the accomplishment of longevity through the door of Red Manjushri Lord of Life is completed, and so forth, connect the boundaries, and perform the samaya promise and gratitude, etc., as usual. Afterwards, perform extensive offerings and praises to the front generation. Acknowledge faults and complete deficiencies with the hundred-syllable mantra. If the wisdom being has a support, then abide, and if not, then depart. By the vow beings dissolving into the hrīḥ (藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥) in one's heart, be blessed, and believe that you have attained a life like the unchanging Yungdrung, and be liberated in non-objectification.

以无缘之见解而印持。自生起本尊仪轨之末，直至吉祥语、回向发愿之间，火供念诵次第进行。愿于长寿修法甘露树之，浓荫凉爽中得休憩，众生皆从死主之热恼中，解脱获得不死之身。此乃为成办此法之助伴，莲花舞自在力于巴邦（Palpung）寂静处之修行地，无死欢喜苑中书写，善妙增上！ 甚深印二，文殊红色寂猛兼具，受用寿增之修法灌顶及具之笔记，极度增广之长寿灌顶。莲花舞自在。

Seal it with the view free from bias. From the end of the self-generation ritual to the auspicious words and dedication prayers, let the fire offering recitation be carried out in order. May all beings rest in the cool, lush shade of the longevity practice nectar tree, and may they be liberated from the heat of the Lord of Death and obtain the immortal body. This was written by Padma Gar gyi Wangchuk Tsal in the Immortal Joy Garden, a practice place in the secluded Palpung (巴邦), for the purpose of assisting this Dharma. May virtue and excellence increase! Profound Mudra Two, Manjushri Red, both peaceful and wrathful, the practice method of enjoyment and life increase, along with the empowerment and notes, the supreme and extensive life empowerment.
