Having received the empowerment to guide beings with common compassion, just as the Lord of Secrets empowers all Dharma doors, the entire Dharma teachings were explained, and the power to obtain unobstructed authority over all activities was bestowed. Therefore, just as the Kagye Eight Great Heruka Sadhanas' secret, complete meaning empowerment, the essence-condensed lineage practice, has been perfectly conferred, so at those times, in order to properly protect the root and branch vows and commitments that have been received and promised, please repeat after me: As the command of the Vajra Holder, I, with one-pointed devotion and reverence, will accomplish everything without exception, please lovingly accept and bless me. Repeat three times. Offer the mandala of gratitude for having received the four complete empowerments, and after making the dedication, the students depart. Subsequent activities, from enjoying the tsok to reciting the auspicious verses, have been completed by supplementing the practice manual with similar rituals. In the mandala of the Sugata and their retinue, the Nine Spaces, the sole accomplishment of the minds of all Buddhas, the heart essence of Orgyen Rinpoche, may we diligently cultivate it as the sustenance of life. May the fire of compassion of those with eyes burn away the thickets of error and fault, and grant the blessings for the continuous activity of this Dharma and the accomplishment of the wheel of mudras. This can also be understood as broadly covering the common order of ripening and liberation. Padma Garwangchuk Tsal, in the solitary place of Dzadra Rinchen Drak above Palpung Monastery (in present-day Dege County, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province), retaining the unerring purpose specifically mentioned in his own government, these are the traditions of the holy ones who particularly value this Dharma, and compiled it, may auspiciousness increase!
