From the three secrets of all Buddhas, the three realms all prostrate, bestow the great Ratna empowerment. Oṃ Ratna kalaśa abhiṣiñca trāṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, Ratna, Vase, Consecrate). Hūṃ. Having thus empowered, give the vase water. By empowering with the vase of life, may the king and queen, along with their ten children, be endowed with life and prosperity, and may they attain the siddhi of no birth and no death. May their life be strong and firm. May they be indestructible and unshakeable. Hand the life-extending pill to the right hand. The transmission of the moon-shaped vajra power, the transmission of the nectar secret of life. By the empowerment of Pramasti, may you receive the empowerment of the eight great treasures. Recite the above-mentioned life-dharani. Give life-wine and make aspirations. Bhagavan Protector Amitayus, from the space of the completely pure mother, the indestructible and glorious body of the vajra yungdrung, subdued by the skillful means of the supreme Bodhicitta's play. From the mandala of non-dual Bodhicitta, by the stream of nectar of Bodhicitta, may the fortunate ones attain the siddhi of life. Thus speak. Then hide and stabilize the above-mentioned eleventh one. 稳固不变如金刚须弥山，我乃具缘金刚誓言者，身语意殊胜获得长寿之成就！通过长寿灌顶和修持，获得金刚萨埵之寿命和受用，证得无生无死之长寿成就！获得不坏之长寿灌顶！获得稳固之长寿灌顶！获得无生无死之长寿成就！如是说。之后广行吉祥偈，降下花雨，奏响音乐。灌顶之后受持誓言，供养酬谢曼扎等如常进行。尽力供养护法神食子，事业之后仪轨从荟供至吉祥祝愿如前所述进行。殊胜之处在于， 以诸多甚深口诀十二部，如经论修持之行持善加阐明，具缘获得无死金刚之胜身，九界智慧不变命成就！此乃应一切智金刚持第七世蒋扬钦哲旺波，扎卡和格芒珠古三位劝请，依止上师之意趣和行持，根本经释之意不变，由莲花舞自在事业调伏者于宗萨扎西拉孜寺所著，愿善妙增上！ 从噶举八大法行善逝总集之根本坛城关联的长寿修法事业灌顶等易于修持之无死甘露。莲花舞自在事业。

Immovable and stable like the Vajra Mount Meru, I am a fortunate one with the Vajra Samaya; May I attain the supreme accomplishment of life, body, speech, and mind! Through the empowerment and practice of longevity, may I gain mastery over the life and enjoyment of glorious Vajrasattva, and attain the deathless accomplishment of longevity! May I receive the empowerment of unchanging life! May I receive the empowerment of stable life! May I attain the deathless accomplishment of longevity! Thus it is said. Then, extensively recite auspicious verses, shower flowers, and play music. After the empowerment, uphold the vows, offer gratitude with the mandala, etc., as usual. Offer the Dharma protector's torma to the best of your ability, and perform the subsequent activities, from the tsok offering to the auspicious wishes, as mentioned above. The special feature is: With many profound oral instructions, twelve in number, the practice of accomplishment according to the scriptures is well clarified, and with connection, the supreme body of the immortal Vajra is attained. May the unchanging life of the wisdom of the nine spaces be accomplished! This was written at Dzongsar Trashi Lhatse Monastery by Padma Garwang Trinley Drodul Tsal, following the intentions and practices of the master, and preserving the meaning of the root text and commentary, as requested by the all-seeing Vajradhara, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, and the three incarnations of Dza Ga and Ge Mang Chogtrul.
