於此降臨，享用此教敕食子，祈願成辦我所委託之事。 吽 遍！ 從名為「雅莫塘」之殊勝處所， 迎請女尊鄔金法金剛雅莫炯， 身色紅白，騎乘雌豹嘎巴， 頭戴髮髻，手持鼬鼬皮囊。 於此降臨，享用此教敕食子，祈願成辦我所委託之事。 吽 遍！ 從藏地定秀底擦之殊勝處所， 迎請玉鈴悅音金剛妙相母， 身色翠綠，騎乘青玉藍龍， 身披藍綢，手持珍寶匣。 於此降臨，享用此教敕食子，祈願成辦我所委託之事。 吽 遍！ 藏地十二堅母尊， 尼泊爾秀地之深處， 阿修羅之岩洞中， 導師蓮花生， 於轉變疆域之座墊上， 五種田之會眾行列中， 手中交付金剛， 置於金剛持之行列。 亦授記獲得解脫， 我等瑜伽修行者， 所有期望皆圓滿， 所有意願皆成辦， 如是承諾立誓之， 祈願成辦所委託之事。 如是念誦，獻供食子。 班雜 嘎擦（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्र गच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra gaccha，汉语字面意思：金刚 去），觀想無數賓客及其僕從，各歸其所。迴向善根。 堅母食子供養，乃大導師蓮花生所作，對清淨五眷屬之教誨圓滿。 亦為伏藏精華之護藏神。 阿里大持明者之甚深伏藏，猛厲九頭之護藏神，女相男相八部眾與堅母之供養儀軌。

Her body is reddish-white, she rides a female leopard, and wears matted locks of hair, carrying a mongoose skin bag. Come here, partake of this command torma, and accomplish the entrusted activities! Hūṃ bhyo! From the supreme place of Ting Shö Titi in Tibet, I invite the turquoise bell, Melodious Sound, Vajra Beautiful Form. Her body is turquoise green, she rides a blue turquoise dragon, wears blue silk, and carries a precious box. Come here, partake of this command torma, and accomplish the entrusted activities! Hūṃ bhyo! You, the twelve steadfast mothers of Tibet, In the depths of Shö in Nepal, In the Asura cave, By the master Padmasambhava, On the seat of transforming the province, In the assembly ranks of the five fields, Having entrusted the vajra in your hand, Placed in the ranks of the vajra holders. Also prophesied to attain liberation, We yogis and practitioners, All hopes are fulfilled, All wishes are accomplished, As you promised and vowed, Please accomplish the entrusted activities! Thus, the torma is offered. Vajra gaccha (藏文，梵文天城体：वज्र गच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra gaccha，汉语字面意思：金刚 去) Visualize the countless guests and their servants returning to their respective places. Dedicate the root of virtue. The torma offering to the steadfast mothers was made by the great master Padmasambhava, and the instructions to the five pure retinues are complete. Also, it appeared as the treasure protector of the essence of the treasure.
