古汝之究竟秘密，智慧自显之外修法类。 蒋衮·索南乔丹。 古汝之究竟秘密，智慧自显之外修法类。 蒋衮·索南乔丹。 古汝之究竟秘密，智慧自显之外修法类安住于此。秘密！印印！गुह्य (guhya，秘密)！गुह्य (guhya，秘密)！खथं (khathaṃ，如何)！खथं (khathaṃ，如何)！ 玛哈古汝萨瓦悉地吽！ 具缘士夫舍弃轮回后，为了一生证得菩提心要，古汝之秘密智慧自显的，修持之方法此具缘者铭记于心。སྱ།མྱ།ཡྱ།！ཁ་ཐཾ (khathaṃ，如何)！于无上秘密之坛城中，得灌顶守护誓言勤奋修持者，于寂静之处备妥所需之物，彻底斩断今生之贪恋执着，独自安住于舒适之座上，日夜六时置于修法之界限内。首先对轮回之法生起厌离心，出生者终将死亡，积攒之财富终将耗尽，眷属与情爱，聚合之诸事终将离散，所有堆砌之顶端，最终必定坏灭。因此自己如幻之身体亦将坏灭，所作之业力如水中之树木般消逝。因此为了证得菩提心要，生起欢喜之心与精进之意乐。སྱ།མྱ།ཡྱ།！རྒྱ།རྒྱ།རྒྱ།！ 之后，当黎明破晓之时，如清净之空中星辰闪耀般，于空性之中觉性显现为本尊之身。沐浴并进行近触、散布、饮用后，品尝甘露并进行观视之明观。身体之手印结跏趺坐七支坐法，语之手印于能言之风上修习，意之手印安住于无分别自明，智慧手印于心间中央之红光上，专注觉性并放松缓慢之心。以此，心与觉性之界限得以区分。སྱ།མྱ།ཡྱ།！རྒྱ།རྒྱ།རྒྱ།！ 从第一道曙光升起至天亮，身体之幻轮结跏趺坐并压地，语之幻轮以虚空为食，心之幻轮以光明充满全身，智慧幻轮观修红色明点。以此，业与所作皆耗尽，获得长寿、难以衰老，禅定亦能运用自如。སྱ།མྱ།ཡྱ།！ 之后，在食物之瑜伽尚未成熟前，于积聚之田祈请并皈依，发起无量菩提心并受持律仪，于上师

After a fortunate person abandons samsara, in order to attain the essence of enlightenment in one lifetime, this method of practicing the Guru's secret self-illuminating wisdom, may the fortunate one hold it in their heart. Syamya Ya! Khatham! In the mandala of unsurpassed secrecy, the practitioner who has received empowerment, diligently protects their vows, in a secluded place, prepare the necessary items, completely cut off attachment and clinging to this life, sit alone on a comfortable seat, and place themselves within the boundaries of six sessions day and night. First, generate disgust for the phenomena of samsara, those who are born will die, the accumulated wealth will be exhausted, relatives and affections, all gatherings will be separated, all built-up peaks will inevitably collapse in the end. Therefore, one's own illusory body will also perish, the power of actions done will vanish like a tree in water. Therefore, in order to attain the essence of enlightenment, generate a joyful mind and diligent aspiration. Syamya Ya! Gya Gya Gya! Then, when dawn breaks, like stars shining in the clear sky, from emptiness, awareness arises as the deity's form. After bathing and performing close contact, scattering, and drinking, taste the nectar and clarify the visualization. The body's mudra is the seven-point posture of Vairochana, the speech mudra is to train in the speaking wind, the mind mudra is to abide in non-conceptual self-illumination, the wisdom mudra is on the red light in the center of the heart, focus awareness and relax the slow mind. With this, the boundary between mind and awareness will be distinguished. Syamya Ya! Gya Gya Gya! From the first light of dawn until sunrise, the body's wheel is to sit in vajra posture and press down on the earth, the speech wheel is to eat space as food, the mind wheel is to fill the whole body with light, the wisdom wheel is to meditate on the red bindu. That spontaneously arisen, self-luminous, primordial protector, May I see the meaning of dwelling in my lineage! From the essence of the five elements, With a precious red jewel, Twisting around above, below, and in all directions, The light blazing like the fire of the end of time, The protective boundary wheel is, With a thousand spokes, revolving everywhere, The protector residing within the spokes, The thousand and two Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon, Smiling and gazing within, At the top, fire snakes and venom radiate, With a roaring and crackling sound, Grinding oath-breakers, demons, and obstacles into powder, Mountains of flesh and bones swirling into a sea of blood, Thus, to the very edge of space, In the center of the vast wheel.
