Arise from the realm of space! Retinue of wisdom-world dakinis! Together with the arrogant hosts of appearance and existence! All arise for the activity of manifest action! Make those who break their vows into executioners! This enemy who hates misdeeds! Says that the yogin me has no deity! Says that the protectors have no vows or power! Destroys the teachings and becomes an enemy of the Buddha! Therefore, this sinful ox-heart! Without leaving it for years, months, or days! Hurl it into a mischievous god, protector, and demon! Of the sky, Cut the rope of grasping from the root! Uproot the supporting pegs of the earth! May you also destroy the seven generations of lineage! Urge from the vital point, do not diminish your strength! Bring forth the signs of manifest action! The time has come, Samaya! Thus urging, fiercely recite the curse mantra: Mama Trak Raksha Thun Bhyo (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), Rulu Rulu Mama Thun Bhyo (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), Upon the life force Muk Chitta Vam Ril Maraya Bad Bhyo (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)!
