Without omission, the emanation of the goddess Sgrol ma mgyogs ma, scattered like dust of sunlight, restores the decline of your life force. All the essence of the four elements, the quintessence of samsara and nirvana, and all auspiciousness are invited as the nectar of immortal life, appearing in the form of radiant and colorful rays. Entering and swirling within the kapala and vase in the hands, from which arises immeasurable nectar of immortal life. Entering through the Brahma aperture at the crown of your heads, filling the entire body. Purifying all untimely death along with its imprints, attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. Visualize the essence in the center of the heart, at the core of various vajras, within the combined sun and moon gau box, in the belly of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), the syllable Nṛ (藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：纳) marked by the syllable A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿) dissolves, thereby accomplishing the vajra life. Visualize thus. And, Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡)! Auspicious radiant youthful vase realm, wisdom self-arisen Padmasambhava, through the empowerment of union and great bliss, may you receive the empowerment free from birth, death, aging, and decline! At the end of the mantra, Kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ (藏文：ཀ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：काय अभिषिञ्च ओṃ，梵文罗马拟音：kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ，汉语字面意思：身灌顶嗡)! Having recited thus, place the long tassel on the crown of the head. Eleventh, holding the longevity wine, visualize that the immortal nectar, in which the essence of samsara and nirvana, stability and movement, are united, pervades all the channels and elements, thereby obtaining the youthfulness of health and happiness. In the self-arisen, perfectly marked vajra kapala, all the essences of stability and movement swirl together, through the empowerment of bodhicitta nectar, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of health and happiness! At the end of the mantra, Vāka abhiṣiñca ā (藏文：ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：वाक अभिषिञ्च आ，梵文罗马拟音：vāka abhiṣiñca ā，汉语字面意思：语灌顶阿)! Thus bestow. Twelfth, holding the longevity pill, visualize that this longevity pill, which gathers the essence of existence and peace, enters through the door of the mouth in the form of a small wisdom hero with complete limbs. Constantly residing in the sun and moon gau box in the center of the heart, thereby obtaining the accomplishment of immortal life. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! The essence is the quintessence of existence and peace gathered together, the form is the body of the co-emergent wisdom hero, secured in the sun and moon gau box in the center of the heart, may you obtain the empowerment of immortal vajra life! At the end of the mantra, Citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ (藏文：ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：चित्त अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：意灌顶吽)! With the pride that no obstacle can stop me, I pray to rest in the unborn and undying nature of the innate self. A! When expanded, pervading the realms of samsara and nirvana; when contracted, residing in the sphere of the clear light bindu; may the seal of unchanging stability be bestowed upon the complete accomplishment in the Vajra life. Jñāna vajra āyuṣe rakṣa rakṣa bhrūṃ! Having said this, place the crossed vajra on the crown of the head. Then, speak auspiciousness extensively. If bestowing the longevity empowerment with counting and supplementation, then the mandala, supplication, blessing descent, from summoning life force up to here, repeat extensively. From summoning life force downwards, repeat moderately. The main part of the empowerment, the longevity nectar, longevity alcohol, longevity pills, etc., repeat only the concise practice, each according to the inclination or widespread enjoyment of the devotees. Finally, take vows, offer thanksgiving mandala, etc., and accomplish by performing the mandala subsequent steps according to the manual. May the immortal Padma Sambha, having attained the indivisible Vajra body, liberate beings from the cutting off of time, and unite them with immortality!
