For the yogi and our retinue, may the diminished life force be restored, the essence of the outer elements, the life and fortune of sentient beings, the wisdom, compassion, and power of the secret Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, gathered as rays of nectar, absorbed into me and the substances of practice, grant the accomplishment of ageless youth, grant the accomplishment of freedom from illness and happiness, grant the accomplishment of immortal life, grant the accomplishment of supreme wisdom! Recite Om Ah Hung Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Ayushe Hung Tri Jah (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛཿ). Perform the offering, praise, and supplication of the Dakinis, as well as offering the Torma to the Dharma protectors. The second item is: After entering the room, arrange the obstacle-dispelling Torma, according to the ritual, visualize oneself as the body of the great powerful one, starting from ..., perform blessing, summoning, dedication, expulsion, reciting fierce mantras, and subduing with the Kilaya, etc. The third item is: After being seated, recite Hung, the glorious self, etc., and visualize the protective wheel as stable. The fourth item is: Offer and gather flowers, and visualize all unliberated beings equal to space, possessing the bliss of the all-pervading Lord.

应当安住于伟大的无死莲花生的果位。为此，为了暂时获得具有佛法的长寿，最终成就无死金刚的果位，请清楚地忆念要听受成熟灌顶的深奥。如此深奥无边的方便法门，在所有佛陀的经典，特别是金刚乘的教法中广泛出现，其中最深奥的是，依靠无死上师莲花生的加持，智慧精华成熟，从而遣除非时死亡，轻易获得无死寿命的成就，这是代代相传广为人知的。并且通过事实的力量的道理和经验也得以成立。其中也有将上师修成报身和化身等不同的教规。此时，从意愿成就宝珠的心髓修法法部中出现的，通过大乐莲花生来做无死寿命的灌顶。如经文中所说：一次诀窍能消除有缘者的痛苦，所有愿望都能如意成就。如是所说，消除寿命的障碍，以疾病邪魔八怖畏为主的一切痛苦，并如意赐予无死的成就，其威力特别强大，加持的光辉没有衰退，成就的力量没有减弱的深奥灌顶。堪布的事业已经圆满完成，所以你们应该做的，首先是为了求得深奥的寿命灌顶，请献上曼扎。如此介绍后，让献上曼扎。第五是：在上师与坛城主尊无二无别的面前，合掌并拿着花，念诵此祈请文。三根本诸佛总集之本体，嘛哈咕噜莲花生，以慈悲垂念于我等，赐予无死寿命之殊胜灌顶。如此念诵三遍祈请。第六是：向十方三世的皈依处，包括三宝、三根本、护法，圆满具足的具德上师大乐者的三密。为了我和一切众生直至获得菩提果之间都皈依，请念诵此文。 纳摩！上师善逝。

For this purpose, in order to temporarily live long with Dharma and ultimately attain the state of the immortal Vajra, please clearly remember that you will listen to the profound ripening empowerment. Such profound and boundless methods appear extensively in all the scriptures of the Buddhas, especially in the teachings of Vajrayana. The most profound of all is that by relying on the blessings of the immortal Guru Padmakara, the essence of wisdom ripens, thereby averting untimely death and easily attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. This is widely known from lineage to lineage, and it is also established by the power of facts and experience. Among them, there are various different precepts such as practicing the Guru as the Sambhogakaya and the Nirmanakaya. At this time, the immortal life empowerment is performed through the Great Bliss Padmasambhava, which comes from the Mind Accomplishment Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Dharma section. As it is said in the text: "A single instruction eliminates the suffering of those with karma, and all wishes are fulfilled as desired." As it is said, it eliminates obstacles to life, all sufferings, mainly the eight fears of disease and evil spirits, and bestows the accomplishment of immortality as desired. Its power is particularly strong, the glory of blessings has not diminished, and the power of accomplishment has not weakened. The activities of the Khenpo have been completed, so what you should do is, first, to request the profound life empowerment, please offer a mandala. After this introduction, let them offer the mandala. Fifth: In front of the Guru who is inseparable from the mandala lord, join your palms with flowers and repeat this prayer. The embodiment of the Three Roots, the assembly of all Buddhas, Mahaguru Padmasambhava, with love, please pay attention to me, grant the supreme empowerment of immortal life. Recite this prayer three times. Sixth: To the refuge of the three times and ten directions, the Three Jewels, the Three Roots, and the Dharma Protectors, the glorious Lama, the Great Bliss, who is complete in the three secrets. With the intention that I and all beings take refuge until we attain enlightenment, please repeat this. Namo! Lama Sugata.
