༔ 行持简易携带方便加持速，遣除障碍证悟增上，调伏有情事业广大，萨玛雅，嘉嘉嘉。我，秋吉德钦林巴，于匝念卡拉绒果大殿足下，于土猴年（不确定，可能指1848年）仲月（藏历六月）初十取出。封印八年。后于木兔年（不确定，可能指1855年）仲月（藏历六月）初十，具足处时缘起圆满，由智慧空行母秘密标识中确定之书写者乃是莲师喜悦之眷属钦哲旺波所作。萨尔瓦达卡拉雅南 巴瓦图。（梵文，Sarva dā kalyāṇaṃ bhava tu，愿一切时吉祥！） 事业心髓瑜伽。秋吉林巴。

༔ Easy to practice, easy to carry, swift in blessings, dispelling obstacles, increasing realization, subduing beings, expanding activities. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. I, Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, unearthed it from beneath the feet of the great glorious temple of Zanyen Kala Ronggo on the tenth day of the sixth month in the Earth Monkey year (possibly 1848). Sealed for eight years. Later, on the tenth day of the sixth month in the Wood Rabbit year (possibly 1855), with the auspicious coincidence of place and time, the scribe, determined from the secret symbols of the wisdom dakinis, was made by Khyentse Wangpo, the joyful attendant of the Lotus-born Guru.
