༔ 观世音与无量光普贤尊，消除临终中阴剧烈诸痛苦，一切之本体根本之上师，修持彼者上师慈悲无迁视。 并且，修持上师心髓胜于其他法，仅仅开启此法便能遣退边境之战事，该处亦能年成丰收风暴小，信奉之牲畜乃至亦往大乐清净刹。 并且，我修成就一切佛，我见即见一切佛，我乃善逝之总集。 如是等等暂时与究竟之利益宣说不可思议。 如此加持力特别超胜，具法缘之殊胜士夫们口耳相传，甚深道上师心滴，空行母口中热气未消之甚深灌顶时，上师之事业已竟，弟子应行献曼扎。 此乃具名司徒巴贝玛者所著，书写者乃名禅定化身者所为。 芒嘎朗！ །། 意伏藏任运成就母之灌顶讲解深义摄略。 司徒贝玛尼坚。

༔ Avalokiteśvara and Amitābha Samantabhadra, may they dispel the fierce suffering of death and the bardo. The root lama is the essence of all; by practicing him, may the guru's compassion look upon us without wavering. Furthermore, the practice of the guru's heart essence is superior to other practices. Merely opening this Dharma can repel border wars. In that place, crops and livestock will flourish, and storms will be small. Even the animals that have faith and devotion will go to the pure land of great bliss. Moreover, "By practicing me, all Buddhas are accomplished. By seeing me, all Buddhas are seen. I am the assembly of all Sugatas." Thus, the temporary and ultimate benefits are said to be inconceivable. Thus, the power of blessing is particularly excellent, transmitted from mouth to ear by the fortunate and supreme individuals who possess the Dharma, the profound path of the guru's heart drop. During the profound empowerment where the warmth of the dakini's breath has not yet faded, the activities of the master are completed, and the disciple should offer a mandala. This was written by the one named Situ Pema, and the scribe was the one named Dhyana Nirmāṇakāya.
