May the precious teachings of the Victorious Ones flourish like the sun, and may their activities spread throughout the sky. In this land of Tibet, countless Dharma treasures and wealth treasures were concealed. Thereafter, with his extraordinary intention for the benefit of the beings of Jambudvipa, he miraculously traveled to the southwestern continent of Rakshasas to subdue the Rakshasas at the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain. Manifesting as the Rakshasa king Raksha Thötreng Tsal (Sanskrit: Raksha Thötreng Tsal, Rakshasa Skull Garland Power), he converted the Rakshasa assembly to the Dharma. For the sake of the compassionate incarnations, those who pray and diligently perform the tenth-day offerings, he will appear in the best reality, the intermediate experience, and the worst in dreams, thereby guiding them. In ultimate truth, he is none other than the primordial Buddha Samantabhadra and Padmasambhava himself. Thus, his life story and activities are inconceivably wondrous, and Padmakara, the lord encompassing all lineages. For the purpose of guiding the beings to be tamed in the snowy land of Tibet, he concealed approximately one hundred profound Guru Yoga practices of the Vidyadhara Lama as treasures, which are the essence of the Guru Cintamani. When the great teacher was about to depart for the continent of Rakshasas, at Gungthang Lathog, he spoke the famous "Prayer to Fulfill All Wishes" as a loving testament to the prince Mutri Tsenpo. The prince hid it in the Rulag Gyang temple, and the incarnate Rikhrodpa Zangpo Dragpa extracted it from the treasure. Rigdzin Gödemchen translated the Dakini script on the yellow scroll into Tibetan. The profound empowerment associated with the prayer, which has been transmitted orally from the authentic Buddha, the manifested Vidyadhara chief, is now timely to be performed. The terma of Ari Panchen Pema Wangyal, the Vidyadhara Yöngdü, differs only in terms of yellow scroll and mind treasure, but the lineage of transmission is the same. Furthermore, this Dharma teaching is distinguished by many wonders such as deity mantras and the completion stage. This is from the terma prophecy of Orgyen Rainbow Heart Essence: "To the south of Kathog, a person named Norbu, Possesses rare wisdom and compassion, If he meets a glorious master, He will quickly attain accomplishment." Also, in the terma prophecy of Rigdzin Migyur Dorje, it says: "From the direction of Kathog, my incarnation, May even reverse the incarnation of Tagra Lugang." From the Dorje Lungjang: Near my treasure place of Drolö, there will be a person with a mole, bearing the name Pal Lam Wangpo. You must entrust the one with the 'Ga Shal' to him." And from the secret prophecy of Taktsang Drolö: "Padma, my emanation, blessed by the Black One, into whom the light rays of Namnying Thuk have entered, near the stronghold south of Kathok, a courageous one with the name Wang or Norbu, neither too big nor too small, with a majestic vajra body, whose channels, winds, and bindus are flawless, and who gathers dakinis." Thus, he is praised in many authentic treasure prophecies as the Chakravartin of all vidyadharas, the glorious Dorje Tsewang Norbu, also known as Ösel Dekshek Nyingpo Terdze Tsal, a single embodiment of the emanations of the great Indian master Krishnacharya and Nub Namkhai Nyingpo. It is a profound mind treasure lineage of equal qualities to the great chariots of India, namely the teachings of Spangtok Yönten. Furthermore, from the treasure revelation of Rigdzin Mingyur Dorje, Yeshe Sangwa: "In this realm of the snowy mountains, hundreds of thousands of great and small treasures are hidden. Prayers are made to meet with those who have karma. After generating the mind to ripen the six realms, some are entrusted to the gods of the sky, some are entrusted to the nagas, the lords of the earth, some are entrusted to disciples who uphold the samaya, placing the wisdom vajra on their heads, and after feeding them the nectar of samaya, prayers are made not to forget the final words. Treasures are hidden in the ocean of the alaya."
