འ་སྤྱོད་རྣམ་བཀྲའི་གཞིའི༔ ངོ་མཚར་བཀོད་སྤྲིན་འཁྲུགས་པའི་པདྨ་འོད༔ ས་ལེར་མཐོང་ནས་ཌཱ་ཀིས་འཇམ་འཁྱུད་ཅིང༔ རྩེ་དགར་རོལ་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག༔ དཔལ་ལྡན་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་དང་རིག་པ་འཛིན༔ དཔའ་བོ་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཚོགས་པའི་གུང་ཡ་གིར༔ དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱིས་དབུགས་དབྱུང་ནས༔ ཌཱ་ཀིའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོར་བདག་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ བཀྲ་ཤིས་ནི། འོད་གསལ་སྙིང་པོ་དོན་གྱི་གཞལ་ཡས་ནས༔ བརྒྱུད་གསུམ་བླ་མ་འཇའ་ལུས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ༔ མི་ཟད་རྒྱན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་སྤྲུལ་པ་ཡིས༔ ཨ་ཏིའི་སྒྲུབ་བརྒྱུད་འཕེལ་བའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག༔ སྲིད་ཞི་གཞིར་རྫོགས་འབྲས་བུ་ཆོས་ཟད་ཀློང༔ བདེ་ཆེན་མི་གཡོ་ཐར་གླིང་དགའ་བདེའི་ཞིང༔ འགྲོ་བ་འདི་དྲུག་ཟག་མེད་འོད་གསལ་ངང༔ ཉིན་མཚན་བདེ་ལེགས་སྐྱོང་བའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག༔ ལྷ་རི་སྙིང་ཕུག་བཀྲ་ཤིས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཁྲི༔ འབྲས་གཤོང་བདེ་ཆེན་ཡངས་པའི་གུར་ཁང་ནས༔ དམ་ཅན་དཔའ་ བོ་ཌཱ་ཀིའི་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་གིས༔ མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཉམས་རྟོགས་སྦར་བའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག༔ ཅེས་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཀྱི་ཚིག་ཕྲེང་ཇི་ལྟར་འོས་པ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །འདིར་ནང་སྒྲུབ་འདོན་ཆ་ལས་བྱང་ཁ་རྐྱང་བྱེད་ན་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་འཆི་མེད་སྙིང་པོའི་ལྷ་བསྐྱེད་ནས་གཏའ་བསྡམ་བར་བཞག །གསང་སྒྲུབ་ཁ་རྐྱང་བྱེད་ན། མཆོད་པ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཡན་སོང་ནས། དངོས་གཞི་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་ལྷ་བསྐྱེད་ལ་འཇུག་ཅིང་མཇུག་གི་ལས་རིམ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་འདྲའོ། །འདི་བསྟན་དབྱར་གྱི་དཔལ་མོ་ཞིང་ཀུན་ཏུ། །བརྡལ་ནས་རགས་ལུས་དྭངས་མར་སྨིན་པ་ཡི། །འཇའ་ཟེར་སྦུབས་སུ་མཚན་མའི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད། །འུབ་ཆུབ་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེར་རོ་མཉམ་ཤོག །ཅེས་པའང་བརྒྱུད་པ་འདི་ལས་བྱོན་པའི་ཕྱག་བཞེས་ཀྱི་བཀའ་སྲོལ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ། རིང་ལུགས་ལ་ཞབས་ཏོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་བའི་འདུན་པས། རྨོངས་བརྟུལ་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་སམ་འཆི་མེད་བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པ་རྩལ་གྱིས་དཔལ་དེ་བཱི་ཀོ་ཊི་ཀུན་བཟང་བདེ་ཆེན་འོད་གསལ་གླིང་དུ་བསྡེབས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། རྩ་གསུམ་རིག་འཛིན་སྲོག་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་རྒྱུན་ཁྱེར་དང་གསང་སྒྲུབ་མ་བུ་ཟུང་བསྡེབས་པདྨ་དྲྭ་བའི་ལམ་འབྱེད། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།

འ་行持威严之基，奇妙庄严彩云涌动之莲花光，清晰显现，空行母温柔拥抱，愿获得尽情嬉戏之自在。 具德黑汝嘎与持明者，勇士自在众会之中央，三世诸佛皆加持，愿我成为空行之大自在。 吉祥： 从光明心要义之宫殿中，三传承上师虹身金刚身，无尽庄严轮之化身，愿阿底之修传增盛吉祥。 轮涅诸法圆满于基，果为法尽虚空界，大乐无动解脱洲，喜乐之境，此六道众生于无漏光明中，日夜守护安乐之吉祥。 圣山心髓吉祥金刚座，འབྲས་གཤོང་（锡金）大乐广阔之帐篷中，誓盟勇士空行母之云聚，愿增盛威力证悟之吉祥。 如是等，其他吉祥祝愿之词句，应如何适合而说。 此处，内修念诵仪轨中，若单独进行除障，则从长寿修法无死心要之本尊生起至系缚之间安住。 若单独进行秘密修法，则供养加持完毕后，进入正行长寿修法本尊生起，结尾之程序等也相同。 此乃教法如夏日之稻田般，遍布后粗身成熟为清净，虹光之中，有相之诸法，皆融入觉性之明点中，愿成味一。 此乃此传承所出之行持仪轨，如是为饶益宗派之愿望，由愚钝无知之无边慧或无死教二永仲林巴力于དེ་བཱི་ཀོ་ཊི་（尼泊尔提婆科特） ཀུན་བཟང་བདེ་ཆེན་འོད་གསལ་གླིང་（普贤大乐光明洲） 汇集，愿善妙增盛。 根本三尊持明命修之事业仪轨日常诵修与秘密修法母子双运莲花网之开显。 无边慧。

Ah, the basis of splendid conduct! The lotus light of wondrous, ornate clouds swirling, Clearly seen, the Ḍākinīs embrace gently, May I attain the power to revel in supreme bliss! Glorious Heruka and Vidyādharas, In the midst of the assembly of heroic masters, Inspired by all the Buddhas of the three times, May I become the great sovereign of the Ḍākinīs! Auspiciousness: From the palace of the essence of clear light, The three lineages of lamas, the rainbow body Vajra form, Emanations of the inexhaustible wheel of ornaments, May the practice lineage of Ati flourish with auspiciousness! Saṃsāra and nirvāṇa perfected as the basis, the result being the realm where phenomena are exhausted, The great bliss, the unmoving liberation land, the field of joy and happiness, May these six kinds of beings, in the stainless clear light, Be cared for day and night with auspiciousness! Lhari Nyinphuk, the auspicious Vajra throne, From the vast tent of Dechen Yang in 'Bras gshong (Sikkim), By the clouds of oath-bound heroes and Ḍākinīs, May the auspiciousness of increasing power and realization blaze forth! Thus, and other auspicious words, should be spoken as appropriate. Here, in the inner practice recitation, if performing a single clearing of obstacles, then from the life-accomplishment, the arising of the deathless essence deity, remain until the binding. If performing a single secret practice, then after the offering and blessings, enter the main practice of the life-accomplishment deity arising, and the concluding procedures are also the same. This teaching, like the splendor of summer rice fields, Spreads and ripens the coarse body into clarity, In the rainbow's embrace, all phenomenal dharmas, Merge into the bindu of awareness, may it become of one taste. This, the practice tradition arising from this lineage, just as it is, With the intention to serve the doctrine, By the dull-witted, boundless wisdom, or Deathless Teaching Two, Yungdrung Lingpa Tsal, at the glorious Devīkoṭī Kunzang Dechen Ösal Ling, was compiled, may virtue and goodness increase! The daily practice of the activities of the root three, the life accomplishment of the vidyādharas, and the combined secret practice of mother and child, the opening of the lotus net.
