First is the Dharma realm mandala, second is the method and wisdom mandala, third is the body, speech, and mind mandala, fourth is the four wisdoms mandala, fifth is the five Buddha families mandala, sixth is the Bhagavan Shakyamuni six Buddhas mandala, seventh is the seven Buddhas lineage mandala, sealed with seven seals. Saying this, touch the arrow banner to the crown of the head. One hundred and eight times, each time about thirteen times, or about ten times, and then perform the empowerment practice again. At the end of each empowerment, say: "Oh, how many times has this long life empowerment been given, has it been obtained?" As a vow, take Orgyen Rinpoche as the Yidam deity, and intend to practice the Vajra Guru mantra, please repeat. How does the main deity bestow blessings? Saying these things, it is finished. If you perform the ritual yourself, doing it one hundred and eight times is equivalent to one hundred and eight long life empowerments. Giving one hundred and eight empowerments to others, etc., then taking the self-entry empowerment yourself, this is the key to the undiminished blessing.
