Enjoy the torma of the adorned with vows! Accomplish the entrusted activities! Samye, Tradruk, Lhasa, Zablung, Tigro, and so on, the hosts of gods and demons bound by oath, listen to the command of the truth of Dharma! Enjoy the torma of the adorned with vows! Accomplish the entrusted activities! Guru Orgyen's Isle of Dakinis, appearing in the form of a Rakshasa on the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain, all the Rakshasa demon hosts bound by oath, listen to the command of the truth of Dharma! Enjoy the torma of the adorned with vows! Accomplish the entrusted activities! HUNG (ཧཱུྃ，Devanagari: हुं，IAST: hūṃ，Destroyer)! I am Padmasambhava, my body, speech, and mind are clear as Vajra, from those I have subdued, let no one transgress the oath! If anyone transgresses the oath, I am Yaksha Flame Body, red and black with nine heads and a terrifying face, the nine right hands wield Vajras, the nine left hands cast away sins, after cutting the heart veins of the oath-breaker, I will constantly drink their blood. Therefore, without transgressing the oath, protect the doctrine of Tibet and repel the armies of the border, protect against disease, demons, and harm, protect my treasures of Orgyen, protect the lineage of Trisong Detsen, stop hail, frost, and famine, avert drought, epidemics, and plagues, avert war, strife, and curses, send rain in season, increase crops and livestock, propagate lineage, sons, and wealth, propagate the reading, explanation, practice, and lineage of the sacred Dharma, flourish the sutras, tantras, and treatises, the Sangha community, increase hearing and thinking, accomplish all the nine auspicious things of the world! Samaya, do not transgress the oath! Thus offer the torma! Thus, in order to proclaim the oath, first complete the recitation and practice, then apply whatever is needed for whatever activity, build cities, occupy lands, stop hail, gather communities, seize power, promote Dharma and politics, with this, everything will be accomplished!
