愿安乐遍满。 请信受获得无碍语金刚寿灌顶殊胜正法。赐予寿酒。阿（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！于虚空宝瓶大乐手印中，将轮涅清净精华融入智慧甘露，以脉界安乐暖热炽燃之妙物，赐予无碍金刚寿之灌顶。瓦嘎阿玉嘉纳阿比钦扎阿（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！轮回与寂灭之精华，所有生命之精髓，凝聚为不坏明点之自性，长寿丸经由喉咙。融入心间中央清净生命之明点，请信受获得心意无迁变金刚寿灌顶殊胜正法。赐予寿丸。吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！不坏心髓自生明点，轮回与寂灭之生命精华融为一体，以体验解脱大乐三昧耶圣物，赐予光明本元寿之灌顶。哲达阿玉嘉纳阿比钦扎吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！如是灌顶后，身体内部充满甘露精华之清净物，全部融入心间日月宫殿中央之命依，红色舍（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）字，光彩夺目。合上宫殿之口。身体全部被金刚盔甲覆盖。获得掌管不死寿命之持明成就。请信受任何障碍都无法找到机会。以箭幡在三处加持稳固。阿（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！器之清净物融入五蕴之所依，精华之寿命福德融入智慧 法界，于不变不坏不可摧毁之，金刚身语意中加持稳固。班扎嘎瓦则ra恰阿阿（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！如是说并诵持依怙心咒。散花并互致吉祥祝愿。以此等乃是化身掘藏师嘉译师之甚深伏藏，上师教证二法三要之义灌顶，连同边行圆满完成，因此等作结，并承诺三昧耶。献酬谢坛城。献身。作回向。第三，其后由金刚阿阇黎作供养食子予护法及护教，从荟供加持至余供吉祥等，皆依仪轨次第进行。上师之坛城广大殊胜，愿一切有情众生，进入此奇妙之道，轻易获得三身，愿能弘扬教证二法之庄严！此亦为遍主大掘藏师仁波切所恩赐。

May well-being pervade. Please believe that you have received the supreme and sacred empowerment of the indestructible life of speech. Offer life-wine. Ah (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning)! In the blissful great mudra of the space mandala, may the pure essence of samsara and nirvana be dissolved into the nectar of wisdom. Through the supreme substance of blazing bliss and warmth in the channels, may the empowerment of the indestructible life of vajra be bestowed. Vāka āyurjñāna abhiṣiñca āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning)! The essence of existence and peace, all the vitality of life, condensed into the indivisible nature of the indestructible bindu, the immortal pill passes through the throat. Dissolving into the pure life-bindu in the center of the heart. Please believe that you have received the supreme and sacred empowerment of the indestructible life of vajra, with unchanging mind. Offer life-pills. Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning)! The indestructible heart-essence, the self-arisen bindu, the life-essence of existence and peace condensed into one, through the supreme substance of the bliss of experience and liberation, may the empowerment of the luminous original life be bestowed. Citta āyurjñāna abhiṣiñca hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning)! Thus, having been empowered, all the pure substances within the body, filled with the essence of nectar, dissolve into the life-support Hriḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning) syllable in the center of the sun and moon palace in the heart, blazing with radiance and light. Close the mouth of the palace. The entire body is covered with vajra armor. Attain the accomplishment of the knowledge-holder who has power over immortal life. Please believe that no obstacle can find an opportunity. Seal the three places with arrows and banners. Ah (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning)! The pure substance of the vessel gathers in the support of the aggregates, the life-fortune of the essence is absorbed into the wisdom realm. In the unchanging, indestructible, and invincible, may the vajra body, speech, and mind be sealed. Vajra kāva ci rakṣa ā āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning)! Thus saying, recite the heart mantra of the support. Scatter flowers and exchange auspicious wishes. With these, the profound treasure of the emanation treasure-revealer, the translator Gya, the meaning empowerment of the three sections of the lama's teachings, including the periphery, is perfectly completed, so conclude with these and promise the samaya. Offer the mandala of gratitude. Offer the body. Make dedication. Third, afterwards, the Vajra Acharya makes offerings of torma to the Dharma protectors and guardians, from the feast of blessings to the leftovers of auspiciousness, all according to the order of the ritual. The mandala of the lama is vast and magnificent. May all sentient beings enter this wonderful path and easily attain the three bodies.
