以恭敬心对众生慈悲不忘失的忆念相伴随，行走时观想上师在右肩的虚空中，并以绕转的方式；吃饭时观想在上师在喉咙处；穿衣时观想在上师在心间，并思念供养上师，这样也能转为会供轮，积累资粮。睡觉时，观想上师从眉间经由顶门中脉之路，安住在心中如薄而透明的水晶宝瓶般的五光之中而入睡。醒来时，以忆念自我觉知而使之明亮，从而认识梦境，光明显现。起身时，观想心间的上师从中脉之路向上，从梵穴到达头顶的虚空中安住，这样迁识也会自然而然地熟练。当临终时，将觉性专注于如标枪般的（状态）之上，从而使临终的迁识变得尤为殊胜。此外，所有息增怀诛的事业，都以虔诚之心转变意念，念诵班杂咕噜（藏文：བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་，梵文天城体：वज्रगुरु，梵文罗马拟音：vajra guru，汉语字面意思：金刚上师）就能成就。特别是修持长寿法时，从头顶上师的身像中降下甘露之流。 观想自己的身体充满火焰，念诵班杂咕噜（藏文：བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་，梵文天城体：वज्रगुरु，梵文罗马拟音：vajra guru，汉语字面意思：金刚上师），祈请延年益寿，这是长寿修法中最殊胜的。像这样如流水般不断修持，不久就能获得解脱。如果不能修持，即使见闻再多的佛法，也如同在海边饥渴而死一般。因此，听闻再多的佛法又有什么用呢？只有努力实修才是最重要的，这是所有殊胜的圣者们异口同声宣说的，所以要尽力修持六座瑜伽等法。在此略说，无论如何听闻圣者的教言，以及如何以虔诚心修持的方法，都依循着这些在此略作阐述。愿由此善行，无余的一切，以遍布虚空无垠众生的力量，愿一切众生都能迅速获得普贤王如来莲花颅鬘的果位。这段话也是由持明者才旺诺布，又名嘎旺或米玛，在木鼠年（1924）太阳运行至绵羊宫位，黑月吉祥初二，于康区娘喀咕汝大圣地所作。

With respectful mind, accompanied by unforgetting compassion for sentient beings, when walking, visualize the Guru residing in the sky on your right shoulder, and circumambulate him; when eating, visualize the Guru at your throat; when dressing, visualize the Guru at your heart, and contemplate offering to him, which will also transform into a feast gathering and accumulate merit. When falling asleep, visualize the Guru residing in your heart, in the form of five lights like a thin, clear crystal vase, passing from between your eyebrows through the central channel at the crown of your head, and then fall asleep. When waking up, illuminate it with the memory of self-awareness, thereby recognizing the dream and the clear light will dawn. When getting up, visualize the Guru in your heart rising upwards through the central channel, and residing in the sky above your crown chakra, so that transference of consciousness will also become naturally proficient. When dying, focus your awareness on that spear-like (state), so that the transference of consciousness at the time of death will become particularly excellent. Furthermore, all activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subduing will be accomplished by transforming your mind with devotion and reciting the Vajra Guru (藏文：བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་，梵文天城体：वज्रगुरु，梵文罗马拟音：vajra guru，汉语字面意思：Diamond Guru). Especially when practicing longevity, a stream of nectar will descend from the Guru's form on the crown of your head. Visualize your body filled with fire, recite the Vajra Guru (藏文：བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་，梵文天城体：वज्रगुरु，梵文罗马拟音：vajra guru，汉语字面意思：Diamond Guru), and pray for longevity, which is the supreme and sacred practice of longevity. If you practice in this way, like a continuous stream, you will attain liberation without delay. If you cannot practice, even if you see and hear many teachings, it is like dying of thirst on the shore of an ocean. Therefore, what is the use of hearing so many teachings? Only striving for practice is the most important thing, which all the supreme holy ones have declared with one voice, so cherish the practice of the six-session yoga and other practices as much as possible. Here I say, whatever instructions of the holy ones, and how I have heard them, and how to practice with devotion, I have briefly explained here accordingly. May all the merits of this, without exception, through the power of dedicating them to all sentient beings pervading the endless sky, may all beings quickly attain the state of Samantabhadra, the lotus garland, without delay. This was also written by the Vidyadhara Tsewang Norbu, also known as Gawong or Mima, in the Wood Mouse year (1924), when the sun was in the sheep constellation, on the auspicious second day of the dark month, in the great sacred place of Guru in Nyang Kha, Kongpo.
