于法界中垂视！ 胜王您之语，是不虚金刚语。 于具信者前，即是莲花生。 恒常安住并加持， 尤其上弦初十之时， 显现亲临而摄受。 如是不变真实所承诺， 由衷虔信而祈请， 祈请当下即摄受。 此生来世中阴等，一切时， 无论善恶苦乐高低等， 若不从他处寻觅救怙与依靠， 祈请不离慈悲恒守护。 于错觉黑暗中漂泊之轮回， 以智慧慈悲之日光而遣除， 于本净大乐之法界中， 祈请当下即证自性。 如是，上师三身祈请文七章等，随缘祈请。 之后欲念诵，再次将意、眼、气三者一心专注于莲花生大士心间，直至菩提未获，以“您知晓”之心，生起猛烈虔信与渴仰。 彼之心间，如彩虹般光芒四射，金刚上师咒之咒鬘，发出“呜噜噜”之巨响，如阳光下之尘埃般，嗡嗡涌出。自顶、喉、心等身体各部分，如大雨倾盆般，淅淅沥沥融入。病魔罪障及一切障碍，于当下即刻清净。大乐俱生之殊胜智慧，于相续中生起。观想上师之意与自心无别融合，于心不外散之状态中，念诵“ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔ (藏文，嗡啊吽 班匝儿 咕噜 贝玛 悉地 吽，梵文天城体，ॐ आः हूँ वज्र गुरु पद्म सिद्धि हूँ，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思，嗡啊吽 金刚 上师 莲花 成就 吽)”，百遍千遍等尽力念诵。有时以音声念诵，以策励觉性。 座间休息时，念诵“ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (藏文，嗡啊吽，梵文天城体，ॐ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思，嗡啊吽)”。 金刚上师恩重法王尊， 莲花生乃诸佛之本体， 祈请赐予胜共诸成就， 祈请当下立即赐予我。 如是念诵三遍，莲师以慈爱之眼神，于虚空视野中炯炯注视，一切显有如虹光般融化。

Look from the expanse! Victorious One, your speech is the infallible vajra speech. Before every faithful person, you are Padmasambhava. You always abide and bestow blessings, Especially on the tenth day of the waxing moon, You manifestly appear and take us into your care. As you have promised with your unchanging truthful face, I pray with heartfelt devotion, Grant your immediate care and protection. In this life, the next, and all bardos, Whatever good or bad, joy or sorrow, high or low may occur, If I do not seek refuge or hope from elsewhere, May your compassion always protect me without separation. This samsara, wandering in the darkness of delusion, May it be dispelled by the sunlight of wisdom and compassion, In the expanse of primordial purity and great bliss, May I now be blessed to recognize my own face. Thus, the Seven-Chapter Prayer to the Guru's Three Kayas, and other prayers as appropriate. Then, desiring to recite the mantra, once again focus the mind, eyes, and breath single-pointedly on the heart of Guru Rinpoche, generating intense devotion and longing with the thought, "You know," until enlightenment is attained. From his heart, rays of light like rainbows emanate, and a garland of the Vajra Guru mantra, resounding with a loud "Ururu" sound, bursts forth like particles of sunlight. From all parts of one's body, such as the crown of the head, throat, and heart, it dissolves in a drizzling rain, like rain falling on a great ocean. All illnesses, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and obstacles are instantly purified. The extraordinary wisdom of great bliss born together arises in the mindstream. Contemplate that the Guru's mind and one's own mind are inseparably merged, and without letting the mind wander elsewhere, recite "ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan, om ah hum benza guru pema siddhi hung, Devanagari, ॐ आः हूँ वज्र गुरु पद्म सिद्धि हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit, oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning, Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum)" as much as possible, hundreds or thousands of times. Sometimes, stimulate awareness by reciting the mantra with melody. At the end of the session, recite "ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, Om Ah Hum, Devanagari, ॐ आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit, oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning, Om Ah Hum)".
