ཧྲཱིཿཀྵེ་བྷྱཿ སྭཱ་ཧཱ། 随后之次第，第一，祈请本尊： 吽！坛城中央之三根本，种姓汇集之诸神， 父母及诸子，于今祈请本尊。 诸寿主，请勾召增上命力， 聚集世间精华，稳固动静之寿命光彩成就。 祈请降下加持大雨于持明修行者， 祈请所有寿命使者护法， 作为成办寿命精华成就之助伴。 第二，作遮断： 吽！于三时，三根本坛城前， 诸寿主、护法、具誓海众， 如所承诺与誓言一般， 受用供品朵玛，成办事业。 第三，供养坚母： 吽！坚母、作母、姊妹海众， 以猛厉誓言劝请，受用供品朵玛， 为了无漏虹身金刚命成就， 祈请成熟解脱教法于十方增广。 第四，马舞： 嗡 蓝 阿 蓝 吽 蓝 萨埵 跋亚 南。 第五，取成就： 吽！寿命秘密坛城之诸神众， 身语意功德事业之成就， 如同贤瓶与如意宝般， 祈请赐予无需勤作任运成就之成就。 萨尔瓦 悉地 帕拉 霍！ 如是受灌顶，享用寿命物。 第六，祈请宽恕： 吽！善逝三根本坛城中， 仪式若有增减等， 所有过失罪堕皆忏悔， 祈请赐予梵天殊胜之成就。 第七，迎请返回并收摄： 吽！智慧本尊众，返回自性处， 显现为心之幻化之收摄， 融入不可得之原始大空性中， 复从无生中显现生起之相， 无碍光彩顿然显现为本尊。 萨玛迪 吽！ 第八，回向发愿： 霍！ 我等金刚上师与， 聚集一处之眷属众， 以虹身金刚命之修持， 为令三界圆满解脱为光身而回向。 第九，吉祥： 吽！迅速赐予加持成就， 遣除一切违缘之金刚身， 上师本尊空行母与， 大圆满之吉祥！ 若是与坛城陈设无关之仅为日常修持之时候： 于一座之初， 自在大威德炽燃之心意

Hrih kshebhyah Svaha! The subsequent procedure, first, is the invocation of the commitment: Hum! Three roots, the assembly of lineages in the center of the mandala, Fathers, mothers, and sons, invoke the commitment here and now. All you life owners, please hook back the upward life force, Gather the life essence of existence, the glory of life, and accomplishments of the stable and moving. Bestow a great rain of blessings upon the vidyadhara practitioners, All you messengers of life, protectors, May you be companions in accomplishing life essence and siddhis. Second, the cutting of ties: Hum! At the three times, in the presence of the three roots mandala, All you life owners, dharma protectors, and oath-bound ocean, Just as you have vowed and promised, Accept the torma offerings and accomplish the activities. Third, propitiating the Tsenmo: Hum! Tsenmo, Dzemo, and the ocean of sisters, With fierce samaya, I urge you, accept the torma offerings, For the accomplishment of the vajra life of the uncontaminated rainbow body, May the ripening and liberation teachings flourish in the ten directions. Fourth, the horse dance: Om Lam Ah Lam Hum Lam Satvam Bhaya Nan. Fifth, taking the siddhis: Hum! The deities of the secret life mandala, The body, speech, mind, qualities, activities, and siddhis, Like a good vase and a wish-fulfilling jewel, Please bestow effortless, spontaneously accomplished siddhis. Sarva Siddhi Pala Ho! Thus, receive empowerment and enjoy the life substances. Sixth, asking for forgiveness: Hum! In the Sugata three roots mandala, If there are excesses or deficiencies in the ritual, I confess all faults and transgressions, Please bestow the supreme Brahma's accomplishment. Seventh, departing and dissolving: Hum! Wisdom deities, depart to your natural abode, The dissolution that appears as merely a mental illusion, Dissolves into the vast emptiness of primordial non-objectification, Again, from the unborn, may it arise in the manner of birth, Unceasing radiance suddenly arises as a deity. Samadhi Hum! Eighth, dedication and aspiration: Ho! We vajra masters and, The assembly gathered in one place, By accomplishing the rainbow body vajra life, May we dedicate this for the complete liberation of the three realms into a light body. Ninth, auspiciousness: Hum! Swiftly bestow blessings and siddhis, Vajra body that dispels all obstacles, May there be auspiciousness of the guru, yidam, dakini, and, The Great Perfection! 从“ཀ་ནས༔”等开始的守护轮，以及皈依和发心的结尾处。 ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）诸法离戏论，无伪大悲光芒照，明澈觉性之精要ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字安住转为忆念圆满，自明三根本总集成就身，慈悲染著身色红。从“སོགས་ནས”等开始，持刀颅器拥颈项，父母双运乐中住。如此转变，无需生起宫殿和眷属等，于自显本尊之状态中，自身即为薄伽梵主尊，于心间，日月之盒对合其中。从“ཞེས་སོགས་ནས”等开始，成就无死虹身金刚命。如是信解而修念诵。于一座之末，显现为仅是心之幻化的本尊。从“སོགས་ནས”等开始，萨玛迪 ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。入于圆满次第和座间。如是三根本长寿事业，从第三品中简略摄集，是为了便于进行日常仪轨和单独的长寿灌顶等。灌顶和盛大的修持之时，则应从另外编纂的广本中领会。此乃法王吉岭巴所编纂。善妙增盛！。 善逝三根本长寿事业心要明鉴。萨杰吉岭巴。

All dharmas are free from elaboration, the light of unfeigned compassion shines forth, the essence of clear and pure awareness is Hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍). Hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) letter abides and transforms into the perfection of mindfulness, the self-aware three roots are the unified accomplishment body, the body color is red due to compassion. From "སོགས་ནས" etc., holding a knife and skull cup, embracing from the neck, residing in the bliss of union of father and mother. Thus transforming, there is no need to generate the palace and retinue etc., but in the state of self-appearing deity, oneself is the Bhagavan chief, in the heart, inside the joined sun and moon box. From "ཞེས་སོགས་ནས" etc., may the immortal rainbow body vajra life be accomplished. Thus, with faith, recite the mantra. At the end of the session, the deity appears as merely an illusion of the mind. From "སོགས་ནས" etc., Samadhi Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Enter into the completion stage and the interval between sessions. Thus, the three roots longevity activity, abbreviated from the third section, is arranged for easy engagement in daily rituals and single longevity empowerments etc. During empowerments and great practices, it should be understood from the separately compiled extensive version.
