Then, from the HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrih，hrīḥ，seed syllable of Avalokiteśvara) at the heart, light radiates and strikes the vase. Visualize the vase as externally being the clear and empty body of light of Great Compassion, and internally filled with the nectar of wisdom like a stream of milk. Light radiates from the vase and strikes all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. In particular, it radiates to the heart of the Wisdom Being in Potala, and all of them, with great compassion, come densely in the sky and gently dissolve into the vase. Visualize that all of these dissolve into light, pass through the mantra cord, and white rays of light coil around the mantra cord, coming like a rolled-up thread into your own heart. Do this in four sessions each day, and recite three hundred thousand times in seven days.
