供养。再次以身、受用、三时善根等供养天和上师，心想如此，请跟随念诵：从今乃至……等等。如是获得灌顶的善妙事物，请发愿回向给遍布虚空的众生。以此功德……等等，以及至大之最……等等偈颂，并散花以作庄严。如是，为了末法时代众生的怙主，化身大伏藏师仁波切，持明密咒洲（Rigdzin Sangngak Lingpa）的伏藏法，救度母救脱一切怖畏的长寿灌顶，名为“不死妙道”的引导文略述，名为“通往不死妙道之善妙车乘”的此著，也是由彼尊之法脉持有者，身着白衣、发髻高耸的上师光明力（Lama Seltob）劝请，以无有咒字、形象、经续的愚者（Nggak Zuk Domé Goprul）所书。忏悔一切罪业三根本，并将所有善根回向于此甚深之法的教法弘扬于十方，以及一切众生从非时死亡中解脱，从而证得寿命持明之果位。善哉！善哉！善哉！ 引导文：通往不死妙道之善妙车乘。

Again, thinking of offering body, possessions, and the accumulations of merit of the three times to the deities and lamas, please repeat after me: From this day forward... etc. Thus, may you generate the aspiration to dedicate all the virtuous things obtained from this empowerment to all beings pervading the sky. With this merit... etc., and the verses such as the greatest of the great... etc., and scatter flowers to adorn the end. Thus, this brief introduction to the longevity empowerment of the Tara Who Protects from All Fears, a treasure revealed by Rigdzin Sangngak Lingpa, the great incarnate treasure revealer, protector of beings in this degenerate age, called "The Excellent Path to Immortality," also called "The Excellent Chariot for Traversing the Path of Immortality," was written by Ngakzuk Domé Goprul, a foolish one without mantras, images, or sutras, at the urging of Lama Seltob, the holder of that master's lineage, who wears white robes and a topknot of hair. I confess all sins and the three roots of evil, and dedicate all merit so that the teachings of this profound Dharma may spread in the ten directions, and that all beings may be liberated from untimely death and attain the state of Vidyadhara of Life.
