愿获得广大深邃不可测量的发心， 愿获得无量大慈悲。 未证得大圆满之基位之前， 我如无垢光明之菩萨， 愿众生生起自在之喜悦， 愿获得无量大欢喜。 未把握原始之要地之前， 如诸佛之共祖菩提萨埵， 愿离远近亲疏贪嗔之二执， 愿获得无量大平等。 从今乃至未成熟果位之间， 我无其他救护与依靠， 祈请圣母您以慈悲力， 救脱今生来世中阴恶趣之悬崖。 五浊恶世众生为痛苦所逼时， 若不以您之慈悲铁钩牵引， 待业力清净获得果位之时， 您的慈悲岂非意义不大？ 祈请三世圣母度母您， 至诚恳切祈祷之人， 以您慈悲迅速之锐利铁钩， 将未度众生牵引至普陀拉。 祈请圣母度母及其眷属， 以此一心祈祷之威力， 愿今生一切所愿迅速成就， 最终证得虹身金刚身。 愿我如圣母您之面容、手、寿命， 眷属、所化与事业一般， 愿令众生安住于本初圆满明点之境。 外为无生法身普贤佛母， 内为无碍金刚亥母， 密为至尊金刚瑜伽母， 愿无别圣母度母吉祥。 萨玛雅（藏文， समय，samaya，誓言）。 诶玛，以有缘之主尊贝若扎纳为主， 所有具器之众谛听。 诸佛之生母度母之， 此救脱险难祈请文， 实为甚深之究竟。 时乃五浊恶世之时， 人们沉溺于烦恼恶业， 殊胜佛法之加持衰损， 僧人无惭无愧破誓言， 咒士疯狂行径造假伏藏， 女人骄横跋扈心浮气躁， 充斥着天魔鬼女之化身， 非人黑方势力日渐兴盛， 护持白方之诸神日渐衰弱， 如理如实修持见修行果， 瑜伽士如白日星辰般稀少， 外器世界之精华亦衰退， 众生之福报日渐衰损。

May I attain the vast and unfathomable Bodhicitta, May I attain immeasurable great compassion. Until I realize the ground of Dzogchen, May I, like the stainless appearance of a Bodhisattva, Generate the joy of freedom for all beings, May I attain immeasurable great joy. Until I seize the original stronghold, Like the Bodhisattva, the common ancestor of all Buddhas, May I be free from the two attachments of near and far, attachment and aversion, May I attain immeasurable great equanimity. From now until the fruit is ripened within, Since I have no other refuge or hope, May the noble Queen Mother, through your compassion, Liberate me from the precipice of evil destinies in this life, the next, and the bardo. When beings of the five degenerations are tormented by suffering, If you do not draw them with the iron hook of your compassion, When the karmic residue is purified and the fruit is attained, Will your compassion not be of little consequence? I pray to the Queen Mother of the three times, the noble Tara, For those who pray with unwavering devotion, With the sharp iron hook of your swift compassion, Lead all beings who have not been guided to Potala. To the noble goddess Tara and her retinue, Through the power of praying with such single-pointedness, May all wishes in this life be swiftly fulfilled, And ultimately, may I attain the rainbow body, the Vajra body. May I become like the face, hands, life, Retinue, disciples, and activities of the Queen Mother, And may I establish all beings in the realm of the primordial, perfect Bindu. Outwardly, the unborn Dharmakaya Samantabhadri, Inwardly, the unobstructed Vajravarahi, Secretly, the venerable Vajrayogini, May the auspiciousness of the inseparable noble Tara prevail. Samaya (藏文， समय，samaya，vow). Ema, listen, all you worthy ones gathered here, Headed by the sovereign Lord Vairochana! This prayer to Tara, the birth mother of all Buddhas, Which rescues from the chasms of adversity, Is the ultimate depth. The time is the time of the five degenerations, People engage in afflictions and negative actions, The blessings of the sacred Dharma are diminished, Monks are shameless and break their vows, Mantrikas act madly and create false treasures, Women are arrogant, with agitated minds, Filled with emanations of gods, demons, and demonesses, The forces of the non-human black side are increasing, The gods who protect the white side are declining, The yogis who practice the view, meditation, conduct, and result properly Are as rare as stars in the daytime, The essence of the outer world is also declining, The merit of sentient beings is diminishing.

瘟疫刀兵饥馑劫，彼时救护此深法， 五印获得藏为宝，何时末世之时际， 隐域洛康（Lho-Kham，不确定是否指南方康区）如桑（Ru-sang）兴，显密安乐义不变， 名为密咒道引导，殊胜掘藏师五位生， 具足业愿有缘者，此五任何一位取， 利生事业至究竟，萨玛雅！封印！深印！严印！宝印！付印！卡汤！意甚深！ 祈请度脱障碍险。

In times of plagues, weapons, and famine, this profound Dharma will protect. Obtained with five seals, it is hidden as a treasure. When the end of time arrives, the hidden land of Lho-Kham Ru-sang will flourish. Sutras and Tantras, bliss and meaning will not change. Known as the Secret Mantra Path Guide, five extraordinary Tertöns will arise. Whoever has the karma and aspiration, one of these five will extract it. The benefit of beings will reach its end. Samaya! Hidden seal! Deep seal! Strict seal! Treasure seal! Entrusted seal! Kha Tam! Citta la Guhya! A prayer to overcome obstacles and dangers.
