Since there is no place without absence, the great realization was later revealed, this is the order of explanation. The fifth is, according to the Arya-vimoksha-sangha, just like shooting an arrow, aiming at the target and hitting it, at that time, one focuses on the nearby target, and later, the distant target is what is intentionally done, they say. Therefore, by realizing this non-inverted focus, they think that in order to obtain the intentionally done goal as mentioned before in the future. The second is, it should be known. Where is the intentionally done? Through what does it naturally occur? Therefore, it is of the self-born Bodhisattva. Through what gateway? Through the three great gateways. What are those three? They are the greatness of the mind that is the most supreme of all sentient beings, the greatness of renunciation, and the greatness of realization. The third is the explanation. It should be known. Where? In the three intentionally done. For whose intentionally done? For the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who will appear in the future. Through what path will they become Buddhas? Through "in all aspects" and so on. Why are there three intentionally done? Because one enters practice by relying on and combining with the three great practices. Why is that? Because after realizing the greatness of the mind that is the most supreme of all sentient beings, one also establishes all other sentient beings in the greatness of the mind that is the most supreme of all sentient beings in the great multitude and great assembly of all sentient beings, and in the greatness of renunciation that renounces all incompatible things, and in the greatness of realization that realizes all things to be realized, therefore, the Bodhisattva enters practice. The fourth is the nature of practice itself, divided into a general exposition and a separate explanation, the first part is further divided into two parts. The question is: In the manner of practice as described above, having explained the basis, focus, and intentionally done goals, etc., which serve as the basis for practice, what is the nature of the "practice" that has been mentioned many times before? The second part is the answer: the general characteristics of practice and the boundaries of each, in two parts. The first part is, in the Ornament Sutra, it says: "The nature of dwelling, creation, fruit, and arising as great, is praised as the practice of the Buddhas' sons. Constantly taking and giving as great, accomplishing the activities of great meaning." And so on, the Mahayana

Remaining in the mind of enlightenment, the act of enduring hardships for the sake of others for the benefit of the fruit, Buddhahood, is the characteristic of Mahayana practice. It has two aspects: the practice of the three wisdoms as objects and the practice of application and cultivation. The first is: what is the fruit to be attained in the realm of the three aspects of omniscience? What is the cause of attainment? What is its deviation? The act of cultivating through listening and contemplation is practice. That is, having established it through listening and contemplation, all white dharmas arise from meditation, so in general, white dharmas are called having the basis of virtuous dharmas. Since the beginning of the six perfections, such as generosity, is not praised, it is a general practice. The second is: the four kinds of manifest realization, such as complete manifest realization, gradually reaching the peak, and being associated with a moment, each manifest realization having the basis of the six perfections. The act of cultivating the six perfections is practice. That is, when it is grasped by the characteristics of the six perfections, such as generosity, it is called a specific practice. Among them, the act of making the six perfections familiar through effort is the complete aspect, the act of meditating to pacify effort is the peak, and for the sake of making the ability ultimate, connecting with other white dharmas and cultivating the six perfections in order, and the act of meditating to realize them in each moment is the momentary practice. Thus, the act of having seven manifest realizations as its object is practice. But it is not the manifest realization of the Dharmakaya, because that is the fruit, so it is impossible to act upon it. If it is said that since omniscience has action, it also has action? No, omniscience is shown from the aspect of the object to be determined, while the Dharmakaya is shown from the aspect of the fruit to be attained. Dharma Knowledge says that when the three wisdoms are determined through listening and contemplation, because the power of habituation has not been obtained, the act of practicing white dharmas from many doors is the practice of the three wisdoms as objects. The act of cultivating the four manifest realizations through meditation-born (wisdom), because the power of habituation has been obtained, the act of cultivating each perfection in a sixfold manner is the specific practice of application.
