The first explanation is: The body possesses the seven-fold posture of Vairochana. Visualize oneself as a reflection in a mirror. In the center of the body, a red Avadhuti (Sanskrit: Avadhuti, literal meaning: Renouncer) extends from the Brahma aperture down to below the navel. On the left is Lalana, starting from the throat, resting in the center of the navel, dripping semen downwards, with twelve vowels arranged face up above it, mainly used for inhalation. On the right is Rasana, starting from the navel, going up to the throat, exhaling upwards, dripping blood, with thirty-three consonants arranged face down below it, mainly used for exhalation. Know that they converge at the epiglottis, which is the nature of awareness. The Kundalini Goddess emanates the light of 'ཨཾ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: am, literal meaning: seed syllable) from her mouth, and Vajrayogini protects and wraps the bottom with 'ཀྵ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: क्ष, Romanized Sanskrit: ksa, literal meaning: seed syllable). In the heart, the eight-petaled chakra is like an inverted lotus, with an indestructible seed 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: seed syllable) inside, the size of a mustard seed, like a snowflake about to fall, which is the wisdom nature of glorious Heruka. The life force flows downwards, and Rahula combines at the triple junction with the nature of the fire of time, like the guru's oral instructions. The second explanation is: From 'ཀྵ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: क्ष, Romanized Sanskrit: ksa, literal meaning: seed syllable), fire arises. The air of the five elements enters from 'ཀྵ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: क्ष, Romanized Sanskrit: ksa, literal meaning: seed syllable), stimulating Vajrayogini, followed by the pain of increasing desire. The hero Heruka joyfully drips bodhicitta, uniting with the extremely painful consort. Do not be interrupted by other things. The third explanation is: As a result, the body externally produces intense trembling and heat, and internally, due to the entry of breath through five signs, smoke is produced, water produces mirages, fire produces sparks, wind produces light, and the sky produces a clear, cloudless sky. Furthermore, other signs of practice will appear. As stated in the *True Accomplishment Sutra*: 'The so-called black woman is not found elsewhere; the so-called consort is one's own mind; what arises from the mind is self-born.' Thus, all appearances, sounds, and phenomena are the magical manifestations of one's own mind. The mother and one's own mind are inseparable. The consort is the three essences of Avadhuti arising from one's own bodhicitta, which is tummo fire, and therefore self-born. Therefore, the mandala of the body as the basis and the mandala of the channels as the support are all magical manifestations of one's own mind.' This is the general meaning. The Vajrayogini Tantra says: 'The channels of...' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

'The very form of sound is said to be the goddess in this way.' Moreover, understanding the nature of sound, sound is bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: dot), the source of form, therefore bindu is the bindu of form, the reality of mantra is just so. The Samputa Tantra says: 'Sound is said to be mantra, all sentient beings, from the great places of various knots, the benefit of Dharma arises.' Therefore, practicing secretly is the very reality of the deity. Third, practicing secretly is the very reality of the deity. This includes the classification of vidyādharīs (wisdom-holders) and the explanation of how to make offerings and obtain results. First, the classification of vidyādharīs: The innate-born is superior, the field-born is intermediate, and the mantra-born is inferior. To obtain the essence, choose an eleven-year-old vidyādharī; to protect the vows, choose a twelve-year-old vidyādharī; for the sake of achieving siddhi (accomplishment), choose a sixteen-year-old vidyādharī who possesses a lotus (vagina); for practicing khecari (sky-goers), choose a twenty-year-old vidyādharī; for empowerment, choose a twenty-five-year-old vidyādharī. Among the five families, one should seek the best of the Vajra family. Secondly, becoming the master of the yoginis oneself, becoming the yogi of all yogis. After training these vidyādharīs well, make them naked in a secluded and pleasant place, and contemplate them as the form of the glorious Black Goddess. Starting from sunset, make offerings with all kinds of offerings, gazing at their cheeks, breasts, vaginas, thighs, buttocks, and lotus mandala, experiencing the pleasure of all senses, and uniting with wisdom, using the iron hook of desire to draw the essence of bodhicitta from all the nadis (channels) to the tip of the jewel, which is the nature of Bhagavan (Tibetan: བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས, Sanskrit Devanagari: भगवान, Sanskrit Romanization: bhagavan, Chinese literal meaning: Blessed One) Heruka (Tibetan: ཧེ་རུ་ཀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हेरुक, Sanskrit Romanization: heruka, Chinese literal meaning: Blood Drinker), making it firm. In this way, all discursive thoughts will cease, and one will be immersed in the bliss of the goddess's nature, becoming accustomed to it day and night, and the signs of achieving Mahamudra (Great Seal) will arise. The appearance of a hero who is directed towards accomplishment and the secret signs are these eight: the body becomes subtle, the touch is light, able to pervade, obtaining truth, extremely manifest, stable, able to be free, and able to transform at will. Moreover, the nature of bodhicitta, the subtle part of the Sambhogakaya (Tibetan: ལོངས་སྐུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सम्भोगकाय, Sanskrit Romanization: saṃbhogakāya, Chinese literal meaning: Enjoyment Body), is the form of bindu, which is the Heruka who is the master of the ten bhumis. Such extremely pure wisdom is the goddess. The Hevajra Tantra says: 'The form of semen is Bhagavan, its bliss is called the desire woman. The so-called Black Woman is not another,' The teachings of 'goddess' and so on are explanations of concealing the Dharma of desire. It is like that. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
