遣除两万一千种风病。 嗟！于五浊恶世之时， 虽密咒兴盛然违越誓言， 多数行持黑业。 因此世间之母忿怒， 示现母曜发怒之相： 口中呼出赤黄色之气， 空中形成赤黄色之病云， 赤黄色之女子充满三千世界。 此时开启疾病之囊， 由嗔恨所生之疾病种类， 两万一千种由此而生。 疾病乃是天女您之幻变， 瘟疫也是母曜您之化身。 今日瑜伽士我等， 断绝瘟疫之源，转变瘟疫之势， 遣除一切不顺损害之缘， 遣除两万一千种热病。 嗟！于五浊恶世之时， 虽密咒兴盛然违越誓言， 多数行持黑业。 因此世间之母忿怒， 示现母曜发怒之相： 口中呼出青色之气， 空中形成青色之病云， 青色之女子充满三千世界。 此时开启疾病之囊， 由愚痴所生之疾病种类， 两万一千种由此而生。 疾病乃是天女您之幻变， 瘟疫也是母曜您之化身。 今日瑜伽士我等， 断绝瘟疫之源，转变瘟疫之势， 遣除一切不顺损害之缘， 遣除两万一千种涎病。 嗟！于五浊恶世之时， 虽密咒兴盛然违越誓言， 多数行持黑业。 因此世间之母忿怒， 示现母曜发怒之相： 口中呼出五色之气， 空中形成彩虹般之病云， 杂色之女子充满三千世界。 此时开启疾病之囊， 由贪嗔痴三毒平等所生之疾病， 两万一千种由此而生。 疾病乃是天女您之幻变， 瘟疫也是母曜您之化身。 今日瑜伽士我等， 断绝瘟疫之源，转变瘟疫之势， 遣除一切不顺损害之缘， 遣除两万一千种综合病。 遣除一切母曜之损害， 遣除十八傲慢之损害， 尤其遣除鬼怪之损害。 将憎恨转至仇敌之上， 一切不顺之缘皆转变。 由四位黑女抬起， 将憎恨送往仇敌之地域。 此乃莲花白（Pad dkar）之， 持明咒者所作。 珍爱如己心。 吉祥！ 目录 吉祥天女（dPal lha mo）事业之终结，遣除瘟疫之仪轨。
