The rays of light emanating from it invite the deities of empowerment. They bestow empowerment with precious vases, filling the body, purifying defilements, and the remaining water dripping from the crown of the head transforms into the wrathful Vajra Heruka as an adornment. The offerings are nectar, from YAM RAM KAM (Tibetan, यं रं कं, yaṃ raṃ kaṃ, Yam, Ram, Kam), on a mandala of wind and fire, with three skull supports, upon which A (Tibetan, ཨ, a, A) transforms into a lotus container. Dark in color, short in stature, with great splendor, cutting off the wicked with a curved knife in the right hand, holding a skull cup filled with blood in the left, I prostrate and praise the one with a garland of skulls! HUM! Angrily stamping the feet, shaking the earth, overturning Mount Meru with a destructive laugh, extracting the hearts of those who break their vows, I prostrate and praise the one with vows! HUM! In the midst of the great charnel ground, enjoying the assembly of terrifying mothers, the protector of the Buddha's teachings, I praise you as the great war god of awareness holders! HUM! In this world, whoever recites your name and practices, you will quickly grant accomplishments, I bow to you, the treasury of space! Then, from the mantra at the center of the curved knife in the heart, rays of light emanate, cutting off all the wicked ones who harm the teachings, gathering the power of all the arrogant ones, and dissolving into the essence mantra containing the seed syllable. Again, gathering the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas and Dharma, dissolving into his body, speech, and mind, making the Protector brave, majestic, and radiant, able to engage in any commanded action without hindrance, invincible by anyone, indestructible by anything, and ruling over the three realms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
