PK136 Teachings of the Omniscient Pema Karpo: The Quintessence of Self-Generation as the Five Deities of Chakrasamvara in the Tradition of the Accomplished Master Ghantapa. 15-209 The Quintessence of Self-Generation as the Five Deities of Chakrasamvara in the Tradition of the Accomplished Master Ghantapa. Homage to the glorious Chakrasamvara and the inseparable venerable and holy Lama! Here, according to the practice of the previous Lamas, desiring to meditate on the very condensed self-generation from the five deities of Chakrasamvara in the tradition of the master Vajraghantapa, one should first receive the empowerment of that deity. 15-210 Sit comfortably, imagining the seat as a seat of corpses. When waking up at dawn, imagine that the Dakinis awaken you from sleep with the sound of the Damaru, and with palms joined, look at the sky. Recite: Om Sarva Vira Yogini Nim Kaya Vak Citta Prana Maya Vajra Bandhana Karomi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, All, Heroes, Yoginis, Nim, Body, Speech, Mind, Life, Illusion, Vajra, Binding, I do). Thus, pay homage to the assembly of heroes and Yoginis. For the sake of all sentient beings, Therefore, in order to attain Buddhahood, I shall engage in the Yoga of glorious Chakrasamvara. With such intention, first take refuge and generate Bodhicitta. Śrī Heruko'haṃ. Recite this and hold the pride of being the deity. Visualize yourself as Chakrasamvara, one face and two arms, together with the consort. At the heart, on a lotus and moon disc, visualize a blue Hum syllable, from which light radiates, Inviting the Lama and the Lord of the Family, Chakrasamvara, residing in the light, surrounded by the assembly of heroes and Yoginis. 'Glorious Vajra Dakinis, As many Vajra Dakinis.' Pay homage. From the Hum at the heart, emanate offering goddesses, holding offering substances, and contemplate offering, and with the respective Mudras, recite: Om Sarva Vira Yogini Argham Pratitsa Ah Hum. 15-211 Likewise, offer: Padyam, Puspe, Dhupe, Aloke, Gandhe, Naivedye, Shapta, Rupa, Shapta, Gandhe, Rase, Sparshe, Panca Amrita Pratitsa Ah Hum. Also offer with the offering of suchness, being in union with one's own Vajravarahi. Recite: 'I take refuge in the Three Jewels,' and pray for the desired purpose. Recite: Om Vajra Muh, requesting the assembly field to depart. Meditate on the four immeasurables: May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness, Etc., accumulate merit. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅་ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ स्वभाव शुद्धः सर्व धर्माः स्वभाव शुद्धोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'ham, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, self-nature pure, all dharmas, self-nature pure I.) By reciting this mantra, contemplate all dharmas as mind-only. oṃ śūnyatā jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako'ham. By reciting this mantra, contemplate that even the mind is emptiness. Establish a protective circle by using the mantra of Sumbhani and cymbals in the four directions. From within this emptiness, from the syllable sum (Tibetan: སུཾ།) arises Mount Meru made of four precious substances, adorned with eight peaks at the top. Above that, from the syllable pam (Tibetan: པཾ།) arise various lotuses, and from the syllable a (Tibetan: ཨ།) arises a lunar disc. On top of that, visualize your own mind as a blue hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: hūṃ) syllable and a red bam (Tibetan: བཾ།) syllable, and radiate light. Offer to the noble ones and establish all sentient beings in the state of Heruka. The light returns and dissolves into the hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: hūṃ) and bam (Tibetan: བཾ།) syllables. From this complete transformation, arises the Bhagavan, the venerable Heruka, with a body color like a freshly picked saffron flower, one face and three eyes. In his two arms embracing Prajna, he holds a vajra and a bell. His right leg is extended in a great terrifying posture, and his left leg is bent, pressing down on Kalamrtyu. Gnashing his teeth, his face is fierce. Adorned with a crown of matted hair and a jewel on the crown of his head. Wearing various vajras and a half-moon on his head. Having the crown ornament of Akshobhya. Standing in a triple-bent posture, adorned with streamers and hanging silk. Possessing a garland of skulls, and endowed with nine expressions of dance, including coquetry. Wearing a tiger skin skirt. His body is adorned with a necklace of wet human heads. Possessing a garland of immaculate light. Endowed with six mudras. In front of him is the Bhagavati, the glorious Yogini, with a red body, young and beautiful, full of youth, one face and three eyes. Her right hand, with a threatening gesture including a vajra, intimidates all the wicked. Her left arm embraces her consort and holds a skull cup filled with the blood of the four maras. Her forehead is adorned with five skulls. Her black hair is loose. Wearing a garment of the sky. Endowed with five mudras. Possessing a garland of dry human heads. Embracing with her right arm and extending her left leg. She is the nature of great bliss. The Bhagavan, adorned with the joy of being in union with such a consort, blazing like the fire at the end of an eon, possessing great splendor, dwells in the center of the fire of wisdom born from his own body. Visualize a white oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: oṃ) at the forehead of the two deities, a red āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: āḥ) at the throat, and a blue hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: hūṃ) at the heart, thinking that all heroes and yoginis are the nature of body, speech, and mind. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
