From inviting the wisdom being (Tibetan: ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་, meaning: the wisdom being) to the empowerment (Tibetan: རྒྱས་བཏབ་པ), perform according to the ritual, visualizing the deity's face slightly revealed. Recite the mantra: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Recite the mantra into the butter: Om Agnaye Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨགྣ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།), seven times, then recite: Om Agnaye Adhi Biya (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨགྣེ་ཡ་ཨ་དྷི་བྱ), at the end of the mantra add: May all the immediate harms and untimely deaths of us teachers, disciples, patrons, and offerings be pacified, Shantim Kuru Svaha (Tibetan: ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།), cast into the fire three times. Recite the prayer words, as described in the fire god ritual, offering a large amount of three hundred sesame seeds, etc., and one hundred and eight of each of the other items. Perform offerings and praises according to the ritual, offer the torma, pray for the fulfillment of wishes, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, perform confession, offer farewell drinks, and offer seven portions of butter, as mentioned before. Invite the wisdom being to return to its place, and the samaya being merges into oneself. Again, empower the butter with the mantra of Vajra Fire (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཛྷ་ལ), pour it three times, pour the butter into the stove, visualize the fire god appearing, and then, as in the previous fire god ritual, offer the remaining twenty-one burnt offerings, as well as seven farewell drinks, and make offerings. Offer the torma, reciting: Agnaye Sapariwara Akaro (Tibetan: ཨགྣེ་ཡ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་), etc., and offer the torma. Praise: Son of Brahma (Tibetan: ཚངས་པ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: Brahmā, Sanskrit Romanization: Brahmā, Chinese literal meaning: pure) and the protector of the world (Tibetan: འཇིག་རྟེན་མགོན་), king of the fire gods, great sage, savior of all beings, manifesting form through the power of compassion. Great sage who has accomplished the mantra, burning afflictions with the light of wisdom, blazing with glory like the fire at the end of the kalpa. Possessing the feet of supernatural powers and miraculous transformations, riding the vehicle of expedient manifestation, holding the rosary of mantra speech, holding the gandhi filled with the essence of nectar, sprinkling the nectar of Dharma to all beings, free from faults, practicing pure conduct. Although dwelling in the world, he has transcended sorrow, although he has attained peace, he has great compassion. Therefore, I praise you and prostrate before you. Thus praising, pray for the fulfillment of wishes, perform smoke offerings and torma offerings as before, and offer scattered food with Prokshanam Pratichchha Svaha (Tibetan: པྲོཀྵཱ་ཎཱཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ). Pray: For the benefit of myself and others, please enjoy the offerings, complete the work and return. Please return to the place where you dwell, and accomplish all my wishes. Recite: Om Agnaye Ya He (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨགྣེ་ཡ་ཡ་ཧི།), invite the wisdom being of the fire god to return to its place, and the samaya being merges into oneself. To complete, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and say auspicious words. Before the fire is extinguished, do not step on or cross over it. If (the deity) is invited to the summit of a high mountain or to a river flowing into the sea, the merit is immense. Therefore, this Homa of the Victorious Mother is performed in accordance with the decree of the venerable and glorious Lama Ngag gi Wangchuk Drakpa Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo (who embodies the wisdom body of all victors as one).
