Yoga is: Performing fire puja in the morning and evening, visualizing the abdomen as a mandala, considering the nectar as the supreme offering, visualizing oneself as Hevajra, and the tongue as the innate parents of the guru. The tongue is the fire god, the mouth is the fire offering hole, the hands are the containers for the offerings, offering food to the guru, the body obtains bliss, filling the four chakras, contemplating oneself possessing the power of the four activities. The yoga of the Torma is: Bless the Torma, visualize it as wisdom nectar, invite the guru Hevajra parents and all the Buddhas of the past, present, and future and their retinues, offer the Torma, and finally perform offerings and praises. The yoga of the Tsok wheel is: Transforming one's ordinary body and consciousness into a Yogini, going out from the crown of the head. The right hand holds a curved knife, cutting off the skull from the eyebrow, in front is a skull supported by three naturally formed human skulls, the outside is white and the inside is red, wide and broad, putting the body into it, chopping it with the curved knife, blessing it into nectar with Om(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Light radiates from the heart of the Yogini, inviting the guru deity, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, heroes and dakinis, protectors, and all sentient beings of the six realms, all appearing in the form of the guru Hevajra parents. Contemplate their tongues sucking like light tubes, thereby feeling the joy of non-leakage. Abide in the state of the three wheels empty, where the offering is unattainable, the offerer is unattainable, and the place of offering is unattainable. The yoga of clear light is: In the center of the four-petaled lotus in the heart, on the sun and moon cushion, visualize the guru's body as clear as crystal, put the consciousness into it, and enter the yoga of sleep clear light. The practice of the four siddhis is: The guru yoga is as before. Visualize oneself as innate Hevajra, the three roots, the four chakras, and the dakinis all clearly appearing, all the deities from the crown of the head to the navel appearing clearly as in the inner practice. Offer a common offering containing the seven-branch offering, visualize the white mantra string surrounding the Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable in the heart, and recite Om(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) Guru Dakini Siddhi Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) millions of times, based on this, countless lights shine, purifying all the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, and offering offerings that please all the Buddhas. Gather the light into blessings, integrate it into the mantra, contemplate that all obstacles and adverse conditions of one's practice are completely pacified, and then dedicate and pray. In the morning session, clearly visualize the deities of the navel, and offer the seven-branch offering. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now, contemplate that the gathering of yellow light increases all of your life and merit. In the evening session, visualize the deities in the throat, offer the seven-branch prayer, and contemplate that the gathering of red light subdues all beings. In the night session, visualize the deities in the heart, offer the seven-branch prayer, and contemplate that the gathering of black light destroys all harm to the Dharma and all obstacles to your practice. After each session, make extensive dedications and aspirations. Subsequent Introduction and Learning: The subsequent introduction is: one's own mind is unborn, whatever appears is clear, free from all affirmation and negation, it is the co-emergent wisdom of bliss and emptiness, this is called the root Mahamudra. As Je Gampopa said: 'The co-emergent nature of mind is the Dharmakaya.' From that state, all phenomena and existence appear as the play of the Lama's three bodies, and the nature of these phenomena is the pure Dharmakaya, the form is the pure Sambhogakaya, and the activity is the pure Nirmanakaya. Therefore, all phenomena of appearance and sound are the display of the Dharmakaya, this is called Mahamudra, the co-emergent appearance is the light of the Dharmakaya.' In short, the inseparability of appearance and emptiness, the inseparability of appearance and mind, the inseparability of samsara and nirvana are called the fruit Mahamudra. Therefore, it is said: 'The inseparability of appearance and mind is co-emergent.' This was said by Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa (Treasure of Dharma). At the urging of (Konchog) Ngawang Norbu, I, Lhajam, wrote these words in Chokgar, where I live by the Dharma, may this merit accomplish omniscience. Please do not show it to others, practice it with your heart. Mangalam! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
