O, gentle and melodious voice! If one gazes, Even a forest of Utpala (Sanskrit: Utpala, blue lotus) cannot compare to your beauty. Here is the praise to the white Jamyang (འཇམ་དབྱས, another name for Manjushri). You surpass the beauty of the Kamala (Sanskrit: Kamala, lotus). Eyes as wide as lotus petals. When you gaze from your face like the full moon, The Dharma aggregate (ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོ) of the Tathagata (Sanskrit: Tathāgata, Thus Come One). With the supreme wisdom that distinguishes differences. Now, from the realm of the wise, Grant me the state of vidyādhara (རིག་འཛིན, vidyādhara, knowledge holder) without old age or death. Your right hand, as soft as a Palasha (Sanskrit: Palāśa, Butea monosperma) flower. Bestows the supreme gift (མཆོག་སྦྱིན) that guides beings to liberation. Your left hand holds a Dharma text of Utpala (Sanskrit: Utpala, blue lotus), radiant like a peacock's feather. Your two feet, shining like the eyes of a Cakra (Sanskrit: Cakra, wheel).
