ལ་ནང་དམར་བར་བསྒོམ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་ཞིང་། ཕཊ྄་གསུམ་དང་ཧིཀ྄་ཀ་གཉིས་རང་གིས་ཚོར་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཆོག་ལ། རྣམ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་ཨ་བསམ་རྒྱུ་དེ་ཆེ་ཡིག་ཡིན་ཞིང་། འཕོ་བ་སྦྱོང་དུས་ཀྱི་བླ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་རང་ལ་བསྟིམ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་ལེགས། 11-138 འདིས་རབ་ནི་མཁའ་སྤྱོད་ཆེན་པོ་ཐོབ། དེ་མ་ཐོབ་ན་ཆུང་ངུ་ངེས་པར་ཐོབ། དེའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ནི། ལྷའི་ལོ་བཅུ་དྲུག་ལོན་པའི་ན་ཚོད་ཅན། སྐྲ་སིལ་བུར་གནས་པ། རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་ནམ་མཁའ་ ལ་འགྲོ་བ། ཅི་འདོད་པའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཐམས་ཅད་ནམ་མཁའ་ལས་བྱུང་བ། ཚེ་ཉི་ཟླ་ནམ་གནས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཐུབ་པ། སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་ལས་ཆོས་ཉན་ནུས་པ། ཚེ་དེ་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་ངེས་པ་ཅིག་ ཡིན། ཅེས་པ་འདི་རྗེ་མུས་ཆེན་འཁོར་ལོ་སྡོམ་པའི་གསུང་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་ས་སྐྱ་པ་ཤཱཀྱའི་དགེ་སློང་ཨ་ནནྡས་གླིང་ཁ་བསམ་གཏན་ཕུག་གི རྗེ་དམ་པའི་གཟིམ་ཕུག་གི་མདོར་རྗེའི་ཞབས་དྲུང་ ཉིད་དུ་བྲིས་པའོ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ༈ མཁན་ཆེན་ཨ་པད་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་དགོངས་བཞེད་ལྟར་གུ་རུས་ཞབས་ཞུ་བགྱིས་པའོ།།

观想白色，内里为红色。念诵三遍ཕཊ྄་（藏文，स्फट，sphat，爆发）和两遍ཧིཀ྄་ཀ་（藏文，हिक्क，hikkā，嗝），自己能感觉到即可。观想识的自性为ཨ་（藏文，अ，a，阿）字，这个字要大。修颇瓦时，将上师金刚瑜伽母融入自身为好。 11-138 通过此法，最好能获得大空行果位，如果不能，也必定能获得小空行果位。其功德为：具有天人十六岁之年龄，头发松散，能在神通的虚空中行走，一切想要的受用都从虚空中产生，寿命能持续到日月存在之时，能从化身处听闻佛法，此生必定成佛。这段话是穆钦·恰罗多杰（Mus chen 'khor lo sdom pa）所说，萨迦派比丘阿难达（Ānanda）在林卡·桑丹普（gling kha bsam gtan phug）的杰丹巴（rje dam pa）禅房前，于上师的脚下写下的。 སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།།（藏文，सर्व मंगलम्，sarva maṅgalam，一切吉祥！） 按照堪钦·阿贝仁波切（mkhan chen A pad rin po che）的意愿，由古汝（gu ru）提供服务。

Meditate on white, with red inside. It is sufficient to feel the three 'PHAṬ' (ཕཊ྄་, स्फट, sphat, 'bursting forth') and two 'HIK' (ཧིཀ྄་ཀ་, हिक्क, hikkā, 'hiccup') just enough to sense them. The essence of consciousness is to contemplate the letter 'A' (ཨ་, अ, a, 'A'), and this letter should be large. When practicing transference of consciousness (phowa), it is good to integrate the Lama Vajrayogini into oneself. 11-138 Through this, one will attain the great Khechara (sky-goer) state. If not that, one will definitely attain the lesser one. Its benefits are: having the age of a sixteen-year-old god, with hair flowing loosely, able to travel in the sky of magical powers, all desired enjoyments arising from the sky, life lasting as long as the sun and moon exist, able to listen to Dharma from the Nirmāṇakāya (emanation body), and in that life, one will definitely become a Buddha. This was said by Je Mus Chen Khorlo Dompa, and the Sakya monk Ānanda wrote it at the feet of the master in front of Je Dampa's meditation cave in Lingkha Samten Phuk. སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། (सर्व मंगलम्, sarva maṅgalam, 'May all be auspicious!')
