由近事男（藏文：དགེ་བསྙེན་，指发誓遵守五戒的在家佛教徒）持明（藏文：རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་）阿旺·贡噶·索南（藏文：ངག་དབང་ཀུན་དགའ་བསོད་ནམས་）所著，愿此举为自他一切带来广大利益与安乐。如是，我以清净的虔诚之心，撰写此《密集金刚》仪轨的勘误，愿广闻博学的智者们欢喜受用，并广为传播。有些人虽对自身所学经典的含义都懵懂无知，却受宗派偏见的影响而妄加臆断，对此我亦不屑一顾。 愿以此著述之功德，使我等所化有情，今生皆能长寿无病，心想事成；来世得生极乐净土（藏文：བདེ་བ་ཅན་），一切众生皆成为我所调伏的对象。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥）。 谨遵堪布（藏文：མཁན་ཆེན་，指寺院住持或高级僧侣）阿贝仁波切（藏文：ཨ་པད་རིན་པོ་ཆེ）之意愿，由古汝（藏文：གུ་རུ，上师）提供服务。

Composed by Ngawang Kunga Sonam, the Upasaka (Tibetan: དགེ་བསྙེན་, refers to a lay Buddhist who vows to observe the five precepts) and Vidyadhara (Tibetan: རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་), may this bring vast benefit and happiness to all, both self and others. Thus, with my pure devotion, I have written this errata of the Guhyasamaja (密密集金刚) ritual. May those with extensive learning, clear intellect, and discerning wisdom be pleased and spread it to all. Although some may be utterly ignorant of even a single word's meaning in their own scriptures, they may still assert wrong views under the influence of sectarian bias, but I would not even twitch a hair for that. May the merit of this composition cause all beings to be long-lived and free from illness in this life, and may all wishes be fulfilled. In the next life, may they be born in Sukhavati (Tibetan: བདེ་བ་ཅན་, the Pure Land of Bliss), and may all beings become objects of my guidance.
