如果这样做就能成就。之后，不要松懈，不要违背念修总体的誓言。对于所有三种修法，都要像四种事业的咒语结尾、光芒放射和收摄的笔记一样，抓住要点。念诵的数量，根据根源和能够起作用的程度来考虑，这就像伏藏法本一样。也就是说，总的来说，法本的根本念诵完成三千万之后，每次根本念诵的小节结束时，都要念诵父、母、子三尊，念诵三次。这样做也很好，因为密咒的一般规律，念修总体的特征，从圆满劫到二合劫等依次加倍，这不仅仅是这样。二十三十个字母，念诵一千万等；五十到七十个字母，念诵七十万等；一百个字母等，念诵三百万等。如是说，念诵数量的多少，如果自己的智慧没有虚假，确定有征兆，那就是它了。之后，修法的痕迹要隐藏起来；不要说好的征兆；不应该炫耀那些应该保密的东西；修法的依凭物，如圣石、擦擦、心要金字、四指尖大小的男性传承保护物，如果没有找到虎头，就用旱獭；龙亲保护物，如果没有找到叫做“lto 'phye”的东西，就用蓝色老鼠的皮；女性传承保护物，用达勒布冈包裹；八部众保护物，装在三棱形的田皮袋子里。修法时，插在朵玛上，修法完成后，佩戴在自己的身上。《续》中说：见解是如墙壁般的证悟，从窍诀修行的险境中解脱出来，行为是区分取舍的平等性，最终一心一意地实践意义。这样，窍诀大密心要圆满次第，是无量光佛舞蹈自在的意趣。无上见解的引导次第，也要从具德上师那里听闻。在止观双运的状态中，首先修习前行，然后正行将五毒自解脱，完全清净八识五蕴，为了修习清净的自性，从生起本尊开始，念诵，之后，行为上要断除取舍执着，将六根自解脱，这就是成就无上果位的无上珍宝如意宝自在王，比这还要殊胜。

For all three practices, like the notes on the conclusion of the four activities' mantras, the emanation and absorption of light rays, grasp the key points. The number of recitations, consider according to the root and the extent to which it can function, this is like the treasure text. That is to say, in general, after the root recitation of the text is completed thirty million times, at the end of each small section of the root recitation, you must recite the father, mother, and son three deities, reciting three times. This is also good, because the general rule of mantra, the characteristics of the general practice of recitation and accomplishment, from the perfect age to the dual age, etc., are doubled in sequence, this is not just the case. Twenty or thirty letters, recite ten million, etc.; fifty to seventy letters, recite seven hundred thousand, etc.; one hundred letters, etc., recite three million, etc. As it is said, the amount of recitation, if your own wisdom is not false, and you are sure of the signs, then that is it. After that, the traces of the practice should be hidden; do not speak of good omens; you should not show off those things that should be kept secret; the supports of practice, such as the holy stone, tsa-tsa, heart essence gold letter, four finger-tip size male lineage protectors, if you cannot find a tiger's head, use a marmot; Naga relative protector, if you cannot find something called "lto 'phye", use the skin of a blue mouse; female lineage protector, wrap it with Darle Bargan; eight classes of protectors, put it in a triangular field skin bag. When practicing, insert it into the torma, and after the practice is completed, wear it on your body. The Tantra says: The view is like a wall of realization, liberated from the dangerous path of secret practice, the behavior is the equality of distinguishing acceptance and rejection, and finally practice the meaning with one mind. Thus, the essential heart of the great secret of the completion stage is the intention of the dance of the自在王 of Buddha Amitabha. The supreme guidance sequence of the view should also be heard from the mouth of a qualified lama. In the state of Shamatha-Vipassanā union, first practice the preliminaries, and then the main practice is to self-liberate the five poisons, completely purify the eight consciousnesses and five aggregates, in order to practice the pure nature, from the generation of the deity, recite, and after that, in behavior, you must abandon attachment to acceptance and rejection, and self-liberate the six senses, this is the supreme jewel-like wish-fulfilling jewel, even more superior to the自在王.
