Homage to the assembly of Mamos who cast spells. In solitary places such as charnel grounds, by a teacher who has completed the approach and accomplishment, to a student who is qualified, when night falls, may the ripening empowerment be bestowed. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! On a charnel ground, on a stone platform, surround a triangle with a garland of skulls. On the outer layer, draw a picture of an ocean of blood. Outside of that, draw a pattern of wind. Outside of that, draw a circle of fire. In the center, adorn a vase. To the right and left, place medicine and alcohol. Behind, arrange the empowerment torma; in front, arrange the offering torma. Also, gather the necessary items for empowerment. Finally, arrange as much of the feast offering as possible. Straighten the activity manual and replenish the recitation. Accomplish the activity vase and, through samadhi, take self-entry and supplicate the goddess for the students to enter. Having given permission, dissolve into light. Meditate on dissolving into the empowerment substances. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Qualified students, five, three, or seven, hold gold, turquoise, bows, arrows, and mandalas. With one voice, make the following supplication: O! Listen, Vajra King, listen! To us, the assembled students here, please bestow the empowerment and blessings of the glorious great Mother Goddess! Three times. The question is: Ho! Do you abide by the samaya, and offer, praise, and accomplish the great goddess? Are you able to perform the approach, accomplishment, and activities? If you abide by the samaya, I will ripen you. Having asked this, the answer is given: O! Listen, glorious Heruka! I am a fortunate child of the supreme vehicle, acting according to the command and abiding by the samaya. Please bestow upon me ripening, liberation, and accomplishments! Three times. Then, wash with the activity vase, cut off obstacles, meditate on the protective wheel, offer the mandala, and prostrate. The pouring of the samaya water is: Hum! The samaya of the secret mantra, and especially of the great goddess, protect the samaya of offering, praise, and activity.
