With great reverence, I prostrate and take refuge in Guru Rinpoche and Vajra Yogini with a Pig Face. Please bestow blessings. Furthermore, having received the empowerment of the Sow, and possessing the warmth of maturation and liberation, desiring to initiate the Karma Fire Offering for the sake of the two benefits. Therefore, there are three parts: preliminary, main practice, and subsequent. The first part, starting from the middle twenty, at a special time of empowerment, in a secluded and pleasing place, or in a place that is in accordance with the activity of empowerment itself. As it appears from the Essence of Accomplishment, on a ground where the earth ritual has been well performed, construct a platform measuring one cubit in width and one cubit in height. In the center of the platform, construct a red, crescent-shaped empowerment fire pit, one cubit in width and one span in height, with three layers of ledges, and the opening surrounded by a lotus or a chain of iron hooks. Inside it, place a round center, marked in the middle with a hand symbol or the seed syllable (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：Ram), or arrange a heap of divine colors, whichever is convenient.
