赐予并以空行文字书写教诲，为了后世的教法和众生，在空行密库中广为封藏，并迎请安住，此乃调伏众生的授记莲师遗教。《莲师遗教》中说：人会以不完整的身体到来，教法也会以不完整的形式流传，格西所绘的图画也会留下痕迹，康地的松姆宗三处圣地，不留余地地显现取出之兆，名为康巴尼玛扎巴之人将会出现。如是所说，在火兔年（1927）二月上弦十三的夜晚，于灌顶之时迎请，获得灌顶的利益不可思议。密集金刚续中说：经由甚深密咒的灌顶，最好是今生解脱，中等则于临终中阴解脱，最差也能于七世之后解脱。莲师遗教中说：每年接受灌顶加持，若能活到一百岁，就能获得一百次灌顶，即使来世转生为旁生，也能变得非常强大。秘密续部中说：密咒之根本即是灌顶，灌顶之根本即是誓言，不可违越守护之处，两者皆知方能成就。为了使之具有所说之义，为了灌顶之目的，请复诵此祈请文。念诵完毕后赐予灌顶。吉祥圆满！那么，现在首先简单讲述一下，将要给予你们的，至尊红观音母之灌顶的历史：从本体本来清净的广大法界中，至尊普贤佛母的各别觉悟智慧的自性光明无碍显现，此红观音母大猪面母自然显现，并在法界自性清净的空行刹土中，于三时恒常不断的法轮中，以自光炽燃的方式安住的游舞。在密严刹土，胜乐金刚转无上密咒之法轮时，无数莲花部的空行母于彼导师之眷属中自然显现，听闻并受持无上之教法，于此大梵天劫之刹土，以及非此刹土，乃至虚空边际，于具缘有情之前显现化身

Having bestowed and written the instructions in the script of the dakinis, for the sake of the teachings and beings of the future, it was extensively sealed in the secret treasury of the dakinis and invited to remain. This is from the prophecy of Padmakara's teachings, the 'Thang Yig' (Biographies) which subdues beings: 'A person will come with an incomplete body, the teachings will also spread in an incomplete form, the paintings drawn by Geshe will leave traces, the three strongholds of the Songmo Dzong in Kham, without leaving any, will appear as signs of extraction, a person named Khampa Nyima Drakpa will come.' As it is said, on the thirteenth day of the waxing moon of the second month of the Fire Rabbit year (1927), at the time of empowerment in the evening, receiving the empowerment is of inconceivable benefit. The Guhyasamaja Tantra says: 'Through the empowerment of profound secret mantra, the best is liberation in this very life, the intermediate is liberation in the bardo at the time of death, the worst is liberation after seven lifetimes.' The Thang Yig says: 'Receive empowerment and blessings every year, if you live to be a hundred years old, you will receive a hundred empowerments, even if you are born as an animal in the future, you will become very powerful.' The Secret Tantra says: 'The root of secret mantra is empowerment, the root of that is the samaya (vow), the boundaries that must be protected without transgression, once both are known, siddhis (accomplishments) will arise.' In order to fulfill the meaning of what was said, for the purpose of empowerment, please repeat this supplication. After the recitation, the empowerment is bestowed. Mangalam! Now, to begin with, I will briefly narrate the history of the empowerment of the Bhagavati Red Sow-faced Dakini that I am about to bestow upon you all: From the great Dharmadhatu, which is primordially pure in essence, the unobstructed manifestation of the self-radiance of the discriminating awareness wisdom of the Bhagavati, glorious Samantabhadri, this Red Sow-faced Dakini naturally arises, and in the pure realm of space-faring dakinis, she abides in the perpetual wheel of the three times, blazing with her own light. In the Akaniṣṭha Ghanavyūha pure land, when the Victorious Vajradhara turned the wheel of the Dharma of the unsurpassed secret mantra, hundreds of thousands of dakinis of the Padma family naturally manifested in the retinue of that teacher, listening to and upholding the unsurpassed teachings, in this great Brahma kalpa realm, and in realms other than this, even to the extent of pervading the sky, manifesting emanations to those who have karma and fortune.

又化身、再化身不可思议，于三世之中，以诸多方便和诀窍，使众多具缘者得以解脱，次第相传。当争斗坚固的百岁时期，释迦教法中显密双运的日月升起之际，邬金的导师、第二佛陀莲花生，掌管着广大的十万空行母，开启了一切空行母的秘密宝藏，在整个赡部洲以及汉藏地区，做了不可思议的利益教法和众生的事业。其中，在殊胜的大圣地康区（今四川甘孜藏族自治州一带）的姐妹山绒的恰如普玛红岩的灌顶殿中，示现猪面红母作声修行，加持红母语的修行地之时，将灌顶、修法、诀窍等全部赐予母空行益西措嘉，并记录为空行文字，为了后世的教法和众生，封印于空行母的秘密宝藏中。如调伏众生的授记时机成熟，康巴尼玛扎巴于木虎年（1254）三月初八中午迎请，并从黄纸上翻译出来的这个珍贵诀窍，获得此灌顶具有诸多功德。如续部所说：获得灌顶的种姓之子，此生一切愿望皆能成就，来世现前圆满成佛。同样，殊胜菩提从灌顶中产生，对于未成熟者能令成熟，身语意三的障碍消除，通过灌顶彻底清净，将获得最初的殊胜成就。又如彼中所说：无灌顶则在轮回中漂泊，来世无法获得安乐。未受灌顶而修持密咒道，那是堕入恶趣之因。为了使之具有所说之义，为了灌顶之义，请复诵此祈请文。如是之后赐予灌顶。吉祥圆满！那么现在首先为你们授予薄伽梵母种种圆满的灌顶，先简略讲述一下历史：从本体本来清净的广大法界中，薄伽梵母吉祥普贤佛母成就事业的智慧自光无碍显现

Again, countless manifestations and further manifestations occurred. Throughout the three times, many fortunate beings were liberated through various methods and instructions, passing down in succession. During the era of strife when lifespans were a hundred years, when the sun and moon of both Sutra and Tantra arose in the Shakya teachings, the master of Oddiyana, the second Buddha Padmasambhava, controlled hundreds of thousands of Dakinis, opened all the secret treasures of the Dakinis, and performed inconceivable deeds for the benefit of the teachings and beings throughout Jambudvipa and Tibet. Among these, he arrived at the empowerment palace of Chakru Pukmar in the great sacred site of Kham's (present-day Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan) Sister Mountain Rong, practiced the Sadhana of the Red Pig-faced Mother making sound, and blessed it as the practice place of the Red Mother's speech. At that time, he bestowed these empowerments, Sadhana methods, and instructions to the Mother Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, recorded the instructions in Dakini script, sealed them in the secret treasury of the Dakinis for the benefit of future teachings and beings. As the prophecy for taming beings came to fruition, Khampa Nyima Drakpa invited it at noon on the eighth day of the third month of the Wood Tiger year (1254 AD), and translated it from yellow paper. Receiving this precious instruction bestows many qualities. As the Tantra says: 'That son of lineage who receives empowerment, all wishes will be fulfilled in this life, and in the next life, he will attain perfect enlightenment.' Similarly: 'Supreme Bodhi arises from empowerment. It ripens the unripe, purifies the obscurations of body, speech, and mind. Having been thoroughly purified by empowerment, one will attain the first supreme accomplishment.' And again, from the same source: 'Without empowerment, one wanders in Samsara, and will not attain happiness in the next life. Meditating on the Mantra path without empowerment is the cause of being born in the lower realms.' In order to fulfill the meaning of what was said, for the sake of empowerment, please repeat this supplication. After that, the empowerment is bestowed. Auspiciousness! Now, to begin with, I will briefly narrate the history before bestowing upon you all the empowerment of the Bhagavati Sarva Sampatti Paripurani. From the vast Dharmadhatu, the essence of which is pure from the beginning, the wisdom radiance of Bhagavati Shri Kuntuzangmo, accomplishing activities, manifests unceasingly.
