From the great Dharmadhatu, whose essence is pure from the beginning, the self-radiance of the mirror-like wisdom of the Bhagavati Shri Kuntuzangmo manifests unceasingly. This Mahasukha White Mother Vajra Dakini arises spontaneously, and in the pure realm of space-faring beings, she dwells in the ever-burning light of the continuous wheel of the three times. In the realm of Akanishta, when the Victorious Vajradhara turned the wheel of the supreme secret mantra dharma, hundreds of thousands of Vajra-class dakinis arose spontaneously in the retinue of that teacher. Having listened to and upheld the supreme wheel of command, in this great Brahma kalpa realm and also in the appearance of those with karma and fortune throughout the expanse of the sky, with inconceivable emanations, again and again, at all times, many fortunate ones are completely liberated through various methods and instructions, and thus the lineage gradually passed down. At the time of the degenerate age of the hundred-year lifespan, when the sun and moon of the sutras and tantras arose in the Shakya teachings, the master of Oddiyana, the second Buddha, Padmasambhava, controlled hundreds of thousands of dakinis, opened all the secret treasures of the dakinis, and performed inconceivable deeds for the benefit of the teachings and beings in general in Jambudvipa and in Tibet and China. In particular, in the Chakru White Rock celestial palace of the Sister Dzong in Kham, which is like Tibet being transformed into a supine demoness, he practiced Mahasukha White Mother Vajra Dakini, and at the time when he blessed the White Pig-faced Mother as the place of practice for the body, these instructions, including the empowerment, practice methods, and pith instructions, were bestowed upon the dakini Yeshe Tsogyal. Supreme among all virtues, surpassing all virtues. Attain health and happiness in lifetimes. Completely liberated from the three lower realms. To request the granting of such empowerment, please repeat these words. From here, the empowerment is bestowed according to the ritual. May there be auspiciousness! Now, to begin with bestowing upon you all the empowerment of the Bhagavati Accomplishing Yellow Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Dakini, I shall briefly recount the history: From the great Dharmadhatu, the essence of original purity, the unobstructed radiance of the wisdom of equality of the Bhagavati, the glorious Samantabhadri, this Wish-Fulfilling Yellow Dakini, the Jewel Dakini, self-arose, and in the pure realm of space-goers, the wheel of continuous permanence of the three times blazes with its own light and abides in play. In the Akaniṣṭha Ghanavyūha pure land, when the Victorious Vajradhara turned the wheel of the unsurpassed secret mantra dharma, hundreds of thousands of dakinis of the Jewel family self-arose in the retinue of that teacher, listening to and upholding the wheels of the unsurpassed teachings, in this great Brahma kalpa realm, and in other realms pervading the sky, in the perception of those with karma and fortune, through inconceivable emanations, re-emanations, and further emanations, at all times in the three times, many fortunate ones are completely liberated from the path of liberation through numerous methods and instructions, and gradually transmitted. During the age of strife, when the sun and moon of the union of sutra and tantra rose in the Shakya teachings, the master of Oddiyana, the second Buddha Padmasambhava, subjugated hundreds of thousands of dakinis, opened all the secret treasures of the dakinis, and performed inconceivable deeds for the benefit of the teachings and beings throughout Jambudvipa and the lands of China and Tibet. Among these, in the great sacred site of the Sister Lake in Kham (western Sichuan today), upon arriving at the temple of Chakru Pukser, while practicing and blessing the qualities of the Yellow Pig-Faced Dakini, he entrusted all the instructions, including the empowerment, practice methods, and essential instructions, to the dakini Yeshe Tsogyal.
