如果专注进入三摩地的境界，就能成就。因此，必须不松懈，不违背念诵和修持的总的誓言。对于三种修持，都要像绘制四种事业的咒语、光芒的放出和收摄的图样一样，抓住要点。念诵的数量，也要像伏藏法本中说的那样，考虑上等和能够完成的程度。也就是，总的来说，法本的根本念诵完成三亿之后，每次根本念诵的小段结束时，都要念诵父、母、子三尊的念诵，往返三次。这很好，因为密咒总的规律，念诵修持总的特点，从圆满劫到二分劫等依次加倍，也包括在这里面。如云：二十三十个字母，念诵百千万等；五十七十个字母，念诵七十万等；一百个字母等，念诵三十万等。因此，念诵的数量多少，如果能确定自己的智慧没有虚假的征兆，那就是最好的。之后，修持的痕迹要隐藏，不要说好的征兆，不应该泄露应该保密的事物。修持的所依是魂石、擦擦、心要金字，顶端四指高，如果是男性的守护物，找不到虎头就用旱獭。龙亲守护物，找不到叫“饱腹”的，就用蓝色老鼠的皮。女性的守护物，用丝绸包裹。八部众的守护物，装在三角形的树皮袋子里。修持时插在朵玛上，修持完成后带在身上。经中说：见解是巨人的证悟，从窍诀修行的险道中解脱，行为是区分取舍的平等性，最终一心一意地实践意义。因此，窍诀大秘密心髓圆满次第，无量光佛舞姿自在的意趣，无上见解引导次第，也要从具德上师处听闻。在止观双运的状态中，首先通过前行调伏自相续，然后在正行中，为了将五毒自解脱，清净八识、五蕴，修习为清净的自性，从生起本尊开始念诵，之后，将行为的取舍、执着，六识自解脱，实践为无上成就的如意宝。

If one focuses and enters the state of Samadhi, accomplishment will be attained. Therefore, one must not be lax and must not violate the general vows of recitation and practice. For all three practices, one must grasp the key points like drawing the patterns of the four activities' mantras, the emission and absorption of rays. Regarding the number of recitations, one should consider the best and the achievable extent, as stated in the treasure texts. That is, in general, after completing three hundred million root recitations of the text, at the end of each small section of the root recitation, one should perform the recitation of the Father, Mother, and Son deities, going back and forth three times. This is good because the general rule of secret mantra, the general characteristics of recitation and practice, which gradually doubles from the Age of Perfection to the Age of Two, is also included here. As it is said: For twenty or thirty letters, recite a hundred million times, etc.; for fifty or seventy letters, recite seven hundred thousand times, etc.; for a hundred letters, etc., recite three hundred thousand times, etc. Therefore, whether the number of recitations is large or small, if one can ascertain that one's own wisdom has genuine signs without deception, then that is the best. Afterwards, the traces of practice should be hidden, do not speak of good signs, and do not disclose what should be kept secret. The support for practice is the soul stone, tsa-tsa, heart essence gold letter, four fingers high at the top. If it is a male protective substance, if a tiger head cannot be found, use a marmot. Dragon-related protective substance, if something called "full belly" cannot be found, use the skin of a blue mouse. The female protective substance, wrap it with silk. The protective substance of the Eight Classes, put it inside a triangular tree bark bag. During practice, insert it into the torma, and after the practice is completed, carry it on your body. The tantra says: The view is the realization of a giant, having cleared the dangerous path of mantra practice, behavior is the equanimity that distinguishes acceptance and rejection, ultimately practice the meaning single-mindedly. Therefore, the quintessential instruction, the Great Secret Heart Essence, the Completion Stage, the intention of Amitabha, the Lord of Dance, and the unsurpassed view guidance sequence, should also be heard from a qualified lama. In the state of union of calm and insight, first tame the mindstream through preliminary practices, and then in the main practice, in order to self-liberate the five poisons, purify the eight consciousnesses and the five aggregates, practice them as pure nature, starting from generating the deity and reciting, and afterwards, practice the acceptance and rejection of behavior, non-attachment, and self-liberation of the six consciousnesses, as the wish-fulfilling jewel of unsurpassed supreme attainment.
