杰·扎格（དྲེགས་）众，外敌自毙自，教法衰而内道盛，印度九洲之财富增，内道班禅悟证增，佛之教法极显明，是故此甚深口诀，虽是难言之法，然因法王尊贵而传授，得不忘陀罗尼之措嘉女，录于文字埋为伏藏，未来五浊争斗时，龙王化身之末裔，噶旺卓度林巴或，康巴尼玛扎巴取出，利益佛之教法来，尤其经中授记之子，若与藏民众生之命脉，相合则用于利教利众，若与安住地上之五菩萨，相合则事业增广且，寿命亦至究竟处，若对具信之七子，传此口诀之当下，修行圆满得成就，扎西衮却帕巴旺，洛哲阿旺华之名，措与嘉即九有缘者，传此口诀则得成就。如是所说之甚深法口诀宝藏，空行母益西措嘉记录于书，迎请安住于大圣地康斯莫宗之西门纳秀梅巴普，空行之秘密宝藏中。如授记时至，康巴尼玛扎巴者。即是众所周知的多吉林巴、桑杰林巴、贝玛林巴、邬金林巴、娘麦之伏藏桑林玛等。七伏藏之目录中所授记一致。人与身俱不分离，教法亦成双，格嘉所绘之图亦留痕迹，康之斯莫宗三处伏藏此，不留而取出之征兆显现而生，名号康巴尼玛扎巴者生。如是所说，于康·果德内钦出生，缘起中等，于冈底斯山王，印度草地顶，芒域降巴云，香·扎布隆，康之斯莫宗等处，迎请七大伏藏八小伏藏之法类。上师胜乐轮，大圆满秘密心滴，大悲观世音菩萨除无明暗，长寿
