让克夏·卓达嘎啦，萨瓦·阿比香匝·吽！（藏文：རཀྴ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཀ་ལ་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ）于诸处灌顶。之后手持金翅鸟，吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔ ）忿怒之王化身金翅鸟，调伏龙族与地主的权能，今于此处为子灌顶，愿得金翅鸟之权！嗡·仲·金翅鸟·阿比香匝·吽！（藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཁྲོཾ་གྷ་རུ་ཌ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ）于顶门灌顶。之后手持猛烈的座垫，吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔ ）日月莲花珍宝座，傲慢八部鬼神众，赐予具缘汝为座，龙神八部权摄持，愿成猛烈之事业！阿亚玛·度如匝·夏那·底叉·拉那·阿比香匝·吽！（藏文：ཨ་ཡ་མ་དུ་རུ་ཙ་ཤ་ན་ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ）置于座垫，观想生起次第清晰，布置咒轮，念诵传承，守护神之朵玛置于手中，吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔ ）教令守护具威力，猛烈誓言执持之威严，莱擦三兄弟眷属等，守护执持传承之此子，成为具誓之助伴，摧毁无誓之敌，成就所托之事业！如是说吉祥语，奏乐，将中断之罪责归于护法，诸法安住于无分别之状态，供养灌顶之供品，守护誓言，精勤修持念诵等如法之事。萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ༔ ）嘉！（藏文：རྒྱ༔ ）唉玛，于末劫之时，八部鬼神口吐不祥之气，出现种种不悦之事时，此甚深法秘密之精华，我化身与子相遇后，平息障碍违缘，成为密咒教法之种子！极其秘密，铭刻于心。萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ༔ ）卡汤嘉！（藏文：ཁ་ཐཾ་རྒྱ༔ ）秘密印！（藏文：གསང་རྒྱ༔ ）隐藏印！（藏文：སྦས་རྒྱ༔ ）甚深印！（藏文：ཟབ་རྒྱ༔ ）由持明日称于香扎布隆之间的门中，木兔年迎请，铁鸡年于黄纸上译为藏文。

Raksha Krota Kala Sarva Abhisincha Hum! (藏文：རཀྴ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཀ་ལ་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ) Bestow the empowerment in all places. Then, holding the Garuda, Hum! (藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔ ) Wrathful King's emanation, Garuda, the power to subdue nagas and earth lords, today I bestow empowerment upon this son, may he obtain the empowerment of Garuda! Om Khrom Garuda Abhisincha Hum! (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཁྲོཾ་གྷ་རུ་ཌ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ) Bestow the empowerment on the crown of the head. Then, holding the fierce seat, Hum! (藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔ ) Sun, moon, lotus, precious jewel, the arrogant eight classes of gods and demons, I offer this seat to you, the fortunate one, may the eight classes of gods and demons be subdued, and may fierce activities be accomplished! Aya Ma Duru Tsa Shana Tishta Lhana Abhisincha Hum! (藏文：ཨ་ཡ་མ་དུ་རུ་ཙ་ཤ་ན་ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ) Place it on the seat and clarify the generation stage, arrange the mantra wheel and bestow the recitation lineage, place the torma of the protectors in the hand, Hum! (藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔ ) Command protectors with great power, the glory of holding fierce vows, may Lektsal brothers and their retinue protect this son who holds the lineage, be companions with vows, destroy the vowless enemies of the teachings, and accomplish the entrusted activities! Say auspicious words and play music, gather the broken vows and the protection of the teachings, leave all dharmas in a state of non-objectification, offer the empowerment fee and protect the vows, strive diligently in recitation and accomplishment, etc., according to the proper manner. Samaya! (藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ༔ ) Gya! (藏文：རྒྱ༔ ) Ema, in the degenerate age, when the eight classes of spirits spew forth inauspiciousness, and various unpleasant things arise, this profound Dharma, the essence of secrecy, may my emanation and son meet, pacify obstacles and adverse conditions, and become the seed of the secret mantra teachings!
